    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por acuerdo plenario de 10 de noviembre de 2020 se ha aprobado la modificación de la plantilla municipal y la Oferta de empleo público parcial para el año 2020, y, en cumplimiento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Régimen Local, del artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por el Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, se transcribe el siguiente anuncio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la plantilla municipal en relación a la plaza siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dotar con las siguientes funciones a dicha plaza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Técnico medio de Administración Especial, Grupo A2 / 23, Denominación AODL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Hacer la prospección de recursos ociosos o infrautilizados de proyectos empresariales de promoción económica local y de iniciativas innovadoras para generar empleo en el ámbito local, identificando las actividades económicas nuevas y las posibles personas emprendedoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Difundir y estimular las oportunidades potenciales de crear actividad entre las personas desempleadas, las promotoras y las emprendedoras, y también entre las instituciones colaboradoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Hacer el acompañamiento técnico tanto en el inicio de proyectos empresariales para consolidarlos en empresas como en la consolidación de empresas, con el fin de potenciar que se generen empleos nuevos, con asesoramiento e información sobre la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera y, en general, sobre los planes de lanzamiento de las empresas aprovechando los recursos existentes en esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Dar apoyo a las personas promotoras de las empresas, una vez constituidas, y acompañar técnicamente durante las primeras etapas de funcionamiento, mediante la aplicación de técnicas de consultoría en gestión empresarial y asistencia en los procesos formativos adecuados para coadyuvar en la buena marcha de las empresas creadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) La creación y dinamización de acuerdos o pactos territoriales para el empleo o planes de desarrollo territorial o de dinamización municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Dar apoyo técnico para la ejecución eficaz de los programas de mejora empresarial tanto sectoriales como intersectoriales, impulsados por la administración local, insular y autonómica, asumir el papel de interlocutor entre el sector público y el empresarial del municipio y garantizar la misión principal enunciada en el apartado 1.2 de este anexo a la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Estar en contacto permanente con el resto de entidades públicas de servicios empresariales, adquirir el compromiso de participar activamente en los programas que se propongan, y garantizar la misión principal enunciada en el apartado 1.2 de este anexo a la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Cualquier otra que contribuya a garantizar la misión principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Declarar vacantes las siguientes plazas con motivo de la jubilación de los funcionarios de las que eran titulares y por la modificación descrita en el punto dos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Plaza 037 perteneciente a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios Especiales Policía Local y sus auxiliares, Denominación Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Plaza 043 perteneciente a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios Especiales Policía Local y sus auxiliares, Denominación Policía Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Plaza 097 perteneciente a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios Especiales Personal de Oficios, Denominación Oficial 1ª.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Plaza 006, que pertenece a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala Técnica, Denominación Técnico medio de Administración Especial, Clase AODL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Someter el presente acuerdo a información pública por plazo de quince días mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, durante este plazo los interesados ​​podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las alegaciones y reclamaciones que estimen pertinentes. Transcurrido dicho plazo, si no se han presentado alegaciones, se entenderá elevado a definitivo este acuerdo de aprobación inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
