&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con el articulo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, del 17 de noviembre, General de subvenciones, mediante el presente edicto se publican las referidas bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PARTICIPACIÓN DE DEPORTISTAS EN COMPETICIONES OFICIALES FUERA DE LA ISLA DE MALLORCA. DESTINADAS A COMPENSAR LOS COSTES DERIVADOS DE LOS DESPLAZAMIENTOS PARA LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN COMPETICIONES OFICIALES DURANTE EL 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para obtener la condición de beneficiario se tendrá que cumplir los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ser persona física empadronada y registrada en el municipio de Inca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ser deportista federado (con licencia federativa en vigor, durante la anualidad que se solicita la ayuda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haber participado en competiciones oficiales fuera de la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haber justificado las subvenciones concedidas y abonadas en ejercicios anteriores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No concurrir con ninguno de las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 8, punto 2, de la Ordenanza General Reguladora de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Concesión de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No incurrir en ningún supuesto contemplado al arte. 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No ser deportista profesional, deportista de alto nivel, de alto rendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cumplir con todas las condiciones para ser beneficiario previstas en el artículo 6.º de la Ordenanza General Reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento de Inca y no encontrarse sometidas a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas o ningún procedimiento sancionador incoado por este motivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Finalidades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La finalidad es ayudar a los deportistas locales no profesionales (residentes) para lograr los gastos de desplazamiento, de alimentación o estancia con motivo de la participación en competiciones oficiales ejecutadas durante el 2020; en ningún caso persiguen finalidades retributivas o compensatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los conceptos subvencionables serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pasajes: hasta un máximo de 100 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Manutención sin pernoctación: hasta un máximo de 26,00 € por día entero (½ día: 13,00 €). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Manutención con pernoctación: hasta un máximo de 65 € por día. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pernoctación sin manutención: hasta un máximo de 40 € por día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las bases reguladoras generales para la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Inca están reguladas en la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones públicas en l&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;o BOIB n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;úm. &lt;/span&gt; 66 de 26 de mayo de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las bases reguladoras específicas en materia deportiva de la presente convocatoria se aprobaron por el Pleno municipal en sesión de 29 de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;http://caib.es/eboibfront/es/2016/10494/580630/aprobacion-definitiva-de-la-ordenanza-general-de-s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarto. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cuantía máxima que se destinará con cargo en el presupuesto ordinario del ejercicio de 2020 de será de QUINCE MIL EUROS (15.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ningún caso la suma total concedida podrá exceder los 600 €, el resto, irá por anticipado del beneficiario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Período de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes al registro general de entrada del Ayuntamiento finalizará quince (15) días hábiles después de la fecha de publicación del extracto de la convocatoria al &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;. Durante este plazo las bases y la convocatoria estarán publicadas en la página web, www.incaciutat.com.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.05cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo de justificación de la subvención concedida finaliza el 13 de diciembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
