    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm.&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;fecha de 6 de&amp;nbsp;noviembre&amp;nbsp;de 2020, se han aprobado la&amp;nbsp;corrección del error material advertido en el modelo de instancia publicada como Anexo III de la&amp;nbsp;convocatoria y las bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo para la provisión de 4 plazas de policía local en la plantilla de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia mediante el procedimiento ordinario de acceso&amp;nbsp;, las cuales fueron publicadas en el BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;189, de 3 de noviembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Lo que se publica en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia (&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;http://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament/ca/&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;), a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra dicha resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las / los interesadas /&amp;nbsp;os&amp;nbsp;pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, a interponer ante el Juzgado contencioso administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de esta resolución ;&amp;nbsp;todo ello sin perjuicio de que los interesados puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que en consideren procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que en fecha 3 de noviembre de 2020, se publicó en el BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;189/2020 la convocatoria y las bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo de cuatro plazas de policía local, categoría de agente, en la plantilla de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, por turno libre, mediante procedimiento ordinario.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que el modelo de instancia establecido como Anexo III de dichas bases se ha detectado un error en relación a la presentación obligatoria de documentación acreditativa de haber pagado las correspondientes tasas en concepto de derechos de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que de acuerdo a los puntos segundo y tercero de las bases, en relación a los requisitos y documentación a presentar con la instancia, respectivamente;&amp;nbsp;y que el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia no tiene, en este momento, ordenanza relativa a este tipo de tributos con motivo de procedimientos selectivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, procede rectificar el error material advertido, mediante su corrección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rectificar el error material advertido en el modelo de instancia establecido como Anexo III de la convocatoria y bases que regirán el procedimiento selectivo de cuatro plazas de policía local, categoría de agente, en la plantilla de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, por turno libre, mediante procedimiento ordinario;&amp;nbsp;eliminando toda referencia al pago de tasa en concepto de derechos de examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Corregir el error material y aprobar el nuevo modelo de instancia incluida como Anexo I de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto.-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Que se continúe el procedimiento selectivo de cuatro plazas de policía local, categoría de agente, en la plantilla de personal funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, por turno libre, mediante procedimiento ordinario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Alcudia, en fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
