&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.- En fecha 8 de octubre de 2020, el presidente del IMAS dictó resolución de aprobación de la previsión y fijación de precios de los servicios a concertar durante el segundo semestre del año 2020 por la Dirección Insular de infancia y Familia del IMAS, la cual fue publicada en el BOIB nº 179, de 17 de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. En fecha 2 de noviembre de 2020, ha tenido entrada en el Servicio Juridicoadministrativo informe emitido por el Jefe del Servicio de Infancia y Familia con el visto bueno de la Directora Insular de Infancia y Familia, instando la rectificación de errores materiales detectados en el Anexo I de la citada resolución, de fecha 8 de octubre de 2020, relativas a los precios plaza fijados, así como al presupuesto total y fechas previstas de las convocatorias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Resulta de aplicación lo previsto en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (BOE nº 236, de 2 de octubre de 2015) sobre rectificación de errores materiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El órgano competente para resolver es la Presidencia del IMAS en virtud del artículo 7.2. apartado 28 de los Estatutos del IMAS, y dado el Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca por el que se nombra al consejero ejecutivo de Derechos Sociales (BOIB nº 92 de 9 de julio de 2019), el cual de acuerdo con el artículo 7.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS, ejercerá también el cargo de presidente del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; RECTIFICAR, en el Anexo I de la resolución de la Presidencia del IMAS, de fecha 8 de octubre de 2020, de aprobación de la previsión y fijación de precios de los servicios a concertar durante el segundo semestre del 2020 por la Dirección Insular de Infancia y Familia del IMAS (BOIB nº 179, de 17 de octubre de 2020), los errores materiales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Programa B1: servicio de acogida familiar permanente en familia propia, en familia externa (NIU), servicio de seguimiento preadoptivo y postadoptivo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ámbito territorial: Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Precio del servicio por plaza concertada: 161,88.- € (IVA exento) plaza / mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fecha prevista de la convocatoria: octubre 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Presupuesto: 1.165.550,98.- €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;PUBLICAR esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, así como en el apartado de Transparencia de la web del IMAS y en la Sede Electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 28.1 de los Estatutos del IMAS aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca de 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB nº 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019), recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en cualquier momento a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
