&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución por la que se acuerda aprobar y publicar la lista definitiva de la bolsa de arquitect&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;o&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;s, como funcionarios interinos del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Expediente 2715/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la Muy Leal Ciudad de Felanitx, el alcalde que suscribe, Sr. Jaume Monserrat Vaquer, vengo a dictar la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Junta de Gobierno Local de día 25 de septiembre de 2019, aprueba las bases específicas que regirán la convocatoria para constituir una bolsa de arquitectos, como funcionarios interinos del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, las cuales se publicaron íntegramente en el BOIB n.º 137 de 8 de octubre de 2019.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Dado que dentro del plazo establecido no se han presentado alegaciones a la puntuación del concurso, en fecha 28 de octubre de 2020, mediante anuncio del secretario del tribunal, se propone la lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes que han superado el concurso-oposición. Esta tendrá que ser publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios, en el tablón de anuncios electrónico de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat) y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx www.felanitx.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En consecuencia RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Único.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar y publicar la siguiente lista definitiva, con las valoraciones correspondientes, de las personas aspirantes que han superado el concurso-oposición para constituir una bolsa de arquitectos, como funcionarios interinos del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios, en el tablón de anuncios electrónico de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat) y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx www.felanitx.org.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Directamente el recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado del contencioso–administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución en el BOIB. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto en conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
