&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Nombrar Concejales-Delegados de las áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- AREA DE URBANISMO, OBRAS PROPIAS, CONTRATACIÓN, RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se reserva la Batllia.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias de Urbanismo: Planeamiento Urbanístico (NN.SS, Planes Parciales, Planes Especiales, Proyectos de Urbanización y dotación de Servicios). Gestión Urbanística (ejecución de programas de actuación, reparcelaciones, valoraciones, conservación de urbanizaciones). Disciplina urbanística (Licencias urbanísticas, Licencias de actividad y apertura; órdenes de ejecución, alineaciones y rasantes, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencia de Obras propias: Gestión, control seguimiento de las obras municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias de contratación: Obras, Suministros, servicios y demás contratos. Aprobación de facturas, y gastos municipales en ejecución de las previsiones presupuestarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Competencias Relaciones Institucionales: protocolo, Boletín Informativo del Ayuntamiento, colaboración con otras Administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Organización del personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- ECONOMÍA Y HACIENDA, CULTURA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concejala delegada: Estefanía Pérez Montiel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Organización del personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- SERVICIOS DE FERIAS Y FIESTAS, RECURSOS HUMANOS, LIMPIEZA DE EDIFICIOS, POLICIA LOCAL y MOVILIDAD, SERVICIOS MUNICIPALES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concejala Delegada: Francisca Campins Fernández&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Ferias y Fiestas: Organización de la Feria del Zapato, de las fiestas patronales y del Cocó, así como de las demás actividades lúdico-festivas que se celebran en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Recursos Humanos: Servicio de personal; negociación colectiva, relación con los representantes del personal, ordenación administrativa, régimen interior, informática, plantilla, relación de puestos de trabajo, oferta de empleo público, Padrón Municipal de Habitantes, Censo Electoral, Estadística; las demás competencias conexas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencia de Limpieza de Edificios Municipales: Gestión y organización de los servicios de limpieza edificios e instalaciones municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-.Competencias Policía Local: Seguridad ciudadana y lugares públicos ordenación del tráfico viario y circulación, protección civil, cumplimiento de las normas de derecho local (Policía administrativa, espectáculos y establecimientos públicos, cumplimiento ordenanzas, bandos, actos y acuerdos) policía administrativa derivando de leyes sectoriales. Cooperación con los "Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad" Policía Judicial; las demás competencias conexas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias de Movilidad: planificación y gestión de las políticas de movilidad del Ayuntamiento y coordinación con entidades supramunicipales en el ámbito de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Servicios Municipales: Mantenimiento de edificios públicos, servicio de alumbrado público, limpieza de calles, pavimentación de calles, caminos rurales, arbolado, zonas verdes municipales, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;-Organización del personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- COMPETENCIA EN AGRICULTURA, DEPORTES Y GESTIÓN DE LAS INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concejal Delegado: Lorenzo Guardiola Comas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias en Agricultura: Colaboración con las organizaciones de agricultores; información sobre ayudas dirigidas al campo, campañas de vacunación, infraestructuras de caminos rurales, redes de riego, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Deportes y gestión de instalaciones deportivas: Organización actividades deportivas, gestión de las instalaciones, la organización del trabajo del personal adscrito al área; las demás materias conexas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Organización del personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- SERVICIOS DE AGUA Y SANEAMIENTO, SERVICIOS DE ALCANTARILLADO Y AGUAS PLUVIALES, COMPETENCIA EN MATERIA DE PATRIMONIO Y EDUCACIÓN, PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA Y TRANSPARENCIA, ESCUELA DE VERANO Y RELACIÓN CON LAS ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concejal Delegado: Tomeu Ripoll Bestard.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Servicios Agua y Saneamiento, Servicios de Alcantarillado y Aguas Pluviales: Control y seguimiento de los servicios de abastecimiento de agua potable, saneamiento, alcantarillado y evacuación de pluviales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Patrimonio: Gestión y conservación del patrimonio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias en Relaciones con entidades Deportivas: relación con las entidades deportivas del municipio y entidades supramunicipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Educación: Colaboración en la gestión de los centros de enseñanza, representación en el Consejo Escolar, relaciones con las Asociaciones de Padres y Madres de alumnos, Claustro de Profesores, Escuela de Adultos, Cursos de Formación, relación con el Administración educativa, gestión biblioteca municipal, escuela de música, gestión de nuevas infraestructuras educativas, aulas de estudio; las demás materias conexas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Participación ciudadana y Transparencia: Fomento de la participación ciudadana, registro municipal de Asociaciones; relaciones con entidades y vigilancia del cumplimiento de las obligaciones en el ámbito de transparencia tenga la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencia en gestión de la escuela de verano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concejala Delegada: Antonia Massanet Fernández.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Competencias de ayuda a domicilio: coordinación de los servicios de asistencia domiciliaria de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Sanidad y Consumo: Gestión Unidad Sanitaria Escolar, control de calidad alimentos y agua potable, higiene actividades públicas, piscinas municipales, mercado municipal, cementerio; las demás competencias conexas; campañas sobre consumo; colaboración en la recepción de quejas sobre consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Medio Ambiente: Defensa de la naturaleza, Área Recreativa Es Puig y otros, contaminación atmosférica, acústica, extinción de incendios, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Organización del personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- JUVENTUD Y OCIO, COMERCIO, INDUSTRIA, TURISMO, FOMENTO Y EMPLEO, NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS Y COMUNICACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Concejal Delegado: Francisco Miguel Abolafio Moya-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Juventud y Ocio: Centro de información y documentación juvenil (información, formación, asesoramiento ...) servicios a jóvenes (actividades culturales, tiempo libre ...), Consejo Municipal de Juventud; las demás competencias conexas, etc .; Gestión Infraestructuras juveniles de Sa Mina de Sa Truiols.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Competencias Comercio: Fomento y colaboración con las organizaciones de comerciantes, información sobre ayudas dirigidas al sector, campañas de promoción, infraestructuras de mejora de la actividad comercial, campañas de rotulación en catalán, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Turismo: Fomento y colaboración con los establecimientos turísticos; información sobre ayudas dirigidas al sector, campañas de promoción, infraestructuras de mejora de la actividad turística, etc .; Gestión del Convento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencia de Fomento y Empleo: Fomento y políticas de empleo, cursos de formación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Competencias Nuevas Tecnologías: Implantación y mejora nuevas tecnologías y Administración electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Competencias de Comunicación: coordinar los mecanismos de comunicación de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Organización por personal adscrito a las áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;: En general, las Delegaciones conferidas son del tipo b), previstas en el citado artículo 43.5, relativas a un determinado servicio. En este caso la Delegación comprenderá la dirección interna y la gestión de los servicios correspondientes, pero no incluirá la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;: De la presente Resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno en la primera sesión que celebre notificándose, además, personalmente a los designados, y se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
