    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El instructor del expediente, en fecha 15 de Julio de 2020, emitió propuesta de sanción contra el interesado que se menciona a continuación, por la realización de actividad turística sin respetar los requisitos o condiciones establecidas en la ley y normativa que la desarrolla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la propuesta se otorgan 15 días para formular alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación&amp;nbsp; por carta certificada con acuse de recibo al interesado que se menciona a continuación, y de acuerdo con el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo de las administraciones públicas,&amp;nbsp; se procede la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
