    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Debido a que no ha tenido efecto la notificación al titular del vehículo abandonado en la vía pública que se indica, con el presente anuncio se comunica a las personas relacionadas su contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;EXP 636-2020 "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Decreto Núm. 2020-270.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Conceder un plazo de quince días a la titular para que retire el vehículo, con la advertencia de que en caso contrario podrá ser sancionado como responsable de una infracción grave (artículos 46.3 ci 47.1.b) de la citada ley de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;En caso de que no sea retirado por su propietario, tratar como residuo sólido urbano el vehículo 2693-CKF y por tanto trasladar el mismo a un centro autorizado de tratamiento de vehículos para su posterior destrucción y descontaminación, Los costes de desplazamiento y destrucción y descontaminación del vehículo serán reclamados al titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar esta resolución a la titular del vehículo, otorgando, de acuerdo con el artículo 53.3 de la ley 22/2011 de residuos, un plazo de 15 días desde la recepción de la notificación para aportar las alegaciones oportunas .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
