    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 1 de octubre de 2020, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia aprobó por unanimidad la propuesta sobre las bases reguladoras para la concesión de cupones de consumo para la promoción y reactivación del comercio local del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez aprobadas las bases y de acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publicaron las bases referidas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB núm. 172 de 6 de octubre de 2020) y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;530253&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con fecha 30 de octubre de 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;se dictó Resolución de Alcaldía 2020/2004 a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;probando la convocatoria de concesión de cupones de consumo para la promoción y reactivación del comercio local del municipio durante el ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.bi 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Del mismo modo, se inicia el periodo de presentación de solicitudes a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto del la convocatoria en el BOIB y durante los cinco días hábiles posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Objeto y finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto y finalidad de esta convocatoria es poner en marcha una campaña de cupones de consumo que los ciudadanos y ciudadanas del municipio podrán utilizar en los comercios que se adhieran a la campaña, con el objetivo de contribuir a incrementar las ventas y paliar las graves consecuencias que ha tenido la crisis sanitaria de la COVID 19 para estos establecimientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En definitiva se pretende fomentar el desarrollo económico local del municipio de Alcúdia, de acuerdo con las competencias atribuidas en el art. 29.1.t) de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, con el fin de aumentar la productividad y competitividad de los comercios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero. Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario de 2020 se destina la cantidad de 20.000 euros, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria FI 4312 489017 para atender las subvenciones de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto. Beneficiarios: personas físicas y comercios y pequeñas empresas con establecimientos abiertos al público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se pueden beneficiar de estas ayudas los comercios y pequeñas empresas del municipio de Alcúdia con establecimientos abiertos al público y las personas físicas mayores de 16 años que realicen compras en estos establecimientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Las personas físicas mayores de 16 años son receptoras de un cupón de consumo cuando realicen una compra en un establecimiento adherido a la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Los comercios y las pequeñas empresas con local abierto al público del municipio de Alcúdia, encuadrados en los epígrafes que figuran en el anexo 5 de las bases de esta convocatoria y que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en el apartado quinto de las bases de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto. Funcionamiento del sistema de cupones de consumo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia será el responsable de generar y editar los cupones de compra que pondrá en circulación durante la campaña y que distribuirá entre los beneficiarios previa presentación del tique de una compra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;igual o superior a 10 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;realizada en uno de los establecimiento adheridos a la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo el Área de Comercio distribuirá de forma gratuita entre los establecimientos adheridos carteles, adhesivos o elementos identificativos de la campaña a fin de que los ciudadanos puedan visualizar aquellas empresas que forman parte de ella. También utilizará todos los medios a su alcance para hacer difusión de la misma (web municipal, facebook, whatsapp ...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios, previa compra en alguno de los comercios adheridos a la campaña, deberán presentarse con el tique de la primera compra realizada en la oficina de Ferias y Mercados, situada en la Avenida Príncipe de España (edificio de Can Ramis), o en la oficina de turismo del Port d'Alcúdia, situada en el Paseo Marítimo s/n,&amp;nbsp; para obtener un cupón de consumo. El horario de atención al público será de lunes a viernes de 8 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se editarán un total de 1.000 cupones de consumo por un valor de 20 € cada uno. Cada empresa adherida a la campaña dispondrá del mismo número de cupones y por lo tanto el cliente deberá elegir en función de los cupones asignados a los comercios y que estén disponibles en el momento de la adquisición, previa comprobación que esta persona cumple los requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Sólo podrán optar a recibir el cupón de compra las personas físicas mayores de 16 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Se podrá recibir un máximo de 1 cupón de compra por persona y sin que resulte reembolsable el importe no gastado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Este cupón estará debidamente numerado con un código con el objetivo de relacionar cada cupón con la persona que lo ha recibido. Los cupones válidos y oficiales llevarán el sello del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia y una marca de agua identificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. El cupón de consumo tendrá un valor de 20 euros y se podrá consumir únicamente en los establecimientos adheridos a la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Estos cupones se deberán consumir en una compra única durante el período de la campaña, que se iniciará el día siguiente de la publicación de la lista definitiva de establecimientos adheridos a la campaña en la página web del Ayuntamiento, y finalizará como máximo el día 8 de diciembre (inclusive).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de 5 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este extracto en el BOIB. La forma de presentación será la prevista en el apartado séptimo de las bases de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez presentadas las solicitudes, el órgano instructor, la auxiliar administrativa de Comercio y Promoción Económica o persona en quien delegue, comprobará que los establecimientos cumplen los requisitos y la documentación establecida en el punto 7 de las Bases reguladoras, emitirá un informe y dará traslado al órgano colegiado de valoración de la relación de admitidos y excluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriormente el órgano colegiado de valoración, integrado por la Agente de Empleo y Desarrollo Local (AEDL) o persona en quien delegue, el técnico de la área de Participación Ciudadana o persona en quien delegue y la auxiliar administrativa de la área de Comercio y Promoción Económica o persona en quien delegue, emitirá propuesta de resolución definitiva de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 25 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalmente se publicará la relación de establecimientos admitidos en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octavo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligaciones de los establecimientos adheridos a la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las obligaciones de los establecimientos adheridos a la campaña son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Aceptar los cupones de compra, previa comprobación de su originalidad, y posteriormente justificarlos ante el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia para recibir su reembolso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Comprobar que la fecha de emisión del cupón se incluye dentro del período de la campaña, que se iniciará el día siguiente de la publicación de la lista definitiva de establecimientos adheridos a la campaña en la página web del Ayuntamiento, y finalizará como máximo el día 8 de diciembre (inclusive).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que pueda llevar a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia o cualquiera de los órganos de control financiero competentes y colaborar y facilitar toda la documentación que se les requiera en el ejercicio de estas funciones de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de que hubiera algún incumplimiento por parte de los establecimientos adheridos, el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia podrá cancelar la adhesión de los mismos en el programa de cupones de consumo y aplicar las medidas derivadas del incumplimiento a que pueda corresponder .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Noveno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de justificación de la subvención por Parte desde establecimientos adheridos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez finalizada la campaña, el día 8 de diciembre (inclusive) como máximo, los establecimientos adheridos deberán proceder a la justificación de la subvención, que se realizará aportando la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.- Solicitud de transferencia bancaria (anexo 3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Memoria económica que figura en el anexo IV de las Bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Los cupones de consumo, junto con el tique de compra realizados en su establecimiento donde figure los datos fiscales, la fecha y el importe de la compra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo será durante los tres días hábiles posteriores a la finalización de la campaña.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
