    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Habiéndose interpuesto por parte de EMAYA, S.A. recurso contencioso&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;administrativo en contra del acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de día 30 de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;julio de 2020 mediante el que se aprobó con carácter definitivo la ordenanza reguladora de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;prestación patrimonial de carácter público no tributario del servicio de gestión de los residuos&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;no peligrosos de tratamiento obligatorio dentro del servicio de gestión de residuos urbanos de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;la isla de Mallorca, así como las tarifas aplicables que se incorporó al propio texto de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ordenanza, de acuerdo con la resolución del Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo número 1 de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Palma de Mallorca y en atención al artículo 49 LJCA, todas las personas que se consideren&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;interesadas en el presente Procedimiento Ordinario, disponen del plazo de nueve días para&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;personarse ante el Juzgado indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
