&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Dado que se considera imprescindible la aprobación de la Oferta de Empleo Público de 2020 vistas las necesidad de cobertura de diferentes puestos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 91.1 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local las Entidades Locales, las corporaciones locales formarán públicamente su oferta de empleo, ajustándose a los criterios fijados en la normativa básica estatal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Considerando que la Oferta de Empleo Público debe desarrollarse en el plazo improrrogable de tres años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En parecidos términos se pronuncia el artículo 47 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, al determinar que serán objeto de Oferta de Empleo Público anual el conjunto de plazas vacantes de personal funcionario y de personal laboral, con dotación presupuestaria, la cobertura de la que resulta necesaria y no es posible con el personal existente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La Oferta de Empleo Público debe indicar el cuerpo, la escala y la especialidad o el nivel y la categoría profesional a la que correspondan las plazas vacantes y se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Considerando que la propuesta cumple las limitaciones impuestas por la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2018, respecto a las ofertas de empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Considerando que la aprobación de la Oferta de Empleo Público corresponde al Alcalde en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 22.1.g) yh) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;A la vista de todo lo expuesto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Aprobar la siguiente Oferta de Empleo Público para el presente ejercicio en los términos que a continuación se establecen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Dentro de las limitaciones derivadas de la tasa de reposición de efectivos establecidas en el apartado Uno.2 del artículo 19 de la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de presupuestos generales del Estado para 2018 incluyen en la presente oferta aquellas plazas reservadas a funcionarización de personal laboral que desarrolla funciones o puestos clasificados como propios de personal funcionario, al amparo de la disposición transitoria segunda las Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, mediante el se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley del estatuto básico del empleado público. Todo ello de conformidad con la siguiente cuantificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar la Oferta de Empleo Público en la web de este Ayuntamiento, en su tablón de anuncios y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), para general conocimiento y interposición de los recursos que, en su caso, los interesados ​​consideren oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento, advirtiendo a los interesados ​​que contra esta Resolución podrán interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante esta Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;También pueden interponer alternativamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo con sede en Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 30, 114-c) y 112.3 de la Ley 39/2015. de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y 8, 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;En caso de optar por la interposición del recurso de reposición no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso -administrativo hasta que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición o haya transcurrido un mes desde su interposición sin haber recibido la notificación, fecha en que se puede entender desestimada por silencio administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
