&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de la presunción establecida en el artículo 169.1, en relación con el artículo 177.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, ha sido elevada a definitiva la &lt;strong&gt;modificación de crédito 12-2020&lt;/strong&gt; por transferencia de crédito entre aplicaciones de diferente área de gasto, aprobada por el Pleno en sesión de día 24 de septiembre de 2020 (anuncio publicado en el BOIB núm. 167, de 29 de septiembre de 2020).
