font-size:12px">BDNS (Identif.): 523941</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En<span style="display:none">&lt;A[En|A]&gt;</span> el BOIB nº. 179, de 17 de octubre de 2020, se publicó la Resolución del director de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme por<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> la cual se concede la convocatoria de subvenciones Gaudeix l'illa II </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Día 16 de octubre se recibe en la Fundació Mallorca Turisme, y antes de la publicación en el BOIB, la renuncia de uno de los establecimientos correspondientes a la línea 2, Serra de Tramontana, como dentro de la misma línea hay más establecimientos que han quedado en lista de espera, que cumplen los requisitos, se hace necesario modificar la resolución que concede las subvenciones. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.</strong> Publicar esta modificación en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em>, en la página web de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme y en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponer el recurso de alzada ante<span style="display:none">&lt;A[ante|delante de]&gt;</span> el presidente de la Fundació Mallorca Turisme en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em>. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada, podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación del recurso de alzada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no han recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda o la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de seis meses, &nbsp;a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante lo anterior, puede interponer, si cabe<span style="display:none">&lt;A[pega|ocurre]&gt;</span>, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno.
