    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Costitx ha dictado Resolución de Alcaldía, de fecha 19 de octubre de 2020, mediante la que se aprueba la convocatoria para proveer mediante el sistema de comisión de servicios de carácter voluntario, por libre designación del puesto de trabajo de coordinador / a la que corresponde la jefatura de la policía local del Ayuntamiento de Costitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El objeto de la convocatoria es proveer mediante comisión de servicios de carácter voluntario por libre designación el puesto de trabajo de coordinador / a, al que corresponde la jefatura de la policía local del Ayuntamiento de Costitx, de la categoría de policía, con dotación presupuestaria en la plantilla orgánica del Ayuntamiento de Costitx, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Islas Baleares y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Características de puesto de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El puesto de trabajo convocado tiene las siguientes características:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Escala de Administración Especial, subescala de Servicios Especiales, clase Policía Local-Coordinador, grupo de clasificación C1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1.Ser funcionario / a de carrera de la categoría de policía del Ayuntamiento de Costitx o de otros municipios o de otros cuerpos o fuerzas de seguridad siempre que pertenezca a la escala o categoría mencionada u otra superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2. Estar en servicio activo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. Cumplir con los requisitos del artículo 32 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, modificada por la Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre y el resto de requisitos del puesto convocado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4. Grupo C1 o superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5.Escala Administración especial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6. Subescala servicios especiales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7. Grado de conociendo de la lengua catalana: B2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4. Duración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La duración, es de doce meses. La duración máxima de un año se puede prorrogar, previa justificación del órgano competente, por un plazo máximo de dos años. Cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran, el órgano competente de la corporación local podrá prorrogar este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las personas que estén en una comisión de servicios tendrán reserva del lugar de origen mientras dure la comisión y percibirán las retribuciones correspondientes al puesto que efectivamente ocupen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5. Publicidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Esta convocatoria se publica en el tablón de anuncios del ayuntamiento, en su página web y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;6. Presentación de solicitudes y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;1.Las solicitudes de participación en la convocatoria, junto con la documentación que corresponda, se presentarán en el registro de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Costitx, o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;2.El modelo de solicitud a utilizar por parte de los aspirantes es libre y deberá recoger expresamente: manifestación de que se reúnen todos y cada uno de los requisitos o condiciones exigidos en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;3. El plazo de presentación de solicitudes es de 7 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;4.Los aspirantes deben adjuntar a la solicitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;-Fotocopia del documento nacional de identidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;-Fotocopia autenticada de los documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos indicados en la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;-Currículum am la relación de los méritos profesionales y académicos, con índice de la documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;5. Las personas que se presenten a esta convocatoria dan su consentimiento para que la administración trate sus datos personales en los términos de la normativa vigente de protección de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;7. Admisión de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, en el plazo máximo de tres días hábiles se declarará aprobada la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos que se publicará en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Costitx . Se concederá un plazo de dos días hábiles desde la publicación para subsanar errores y posibles reclamaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos se considerará automáticamente elevada a definitiva si no se presentan reclamaciones. Si hubiera reclamaciones serán estimadas o desestimadas, en su caso, en el plazo máximo de dos días, en una nueva resolución con la que se apruebe la lista definitiva que se hará pública en la página web y en el tablón de anuncios de el Ayuntamiento de Costitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;8. Procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Los aspirantes podrán ser convocados, en caso de considerarse oportuno, la realización de una entrevista sobre cuestiones derivadas de su trayectoria profesional y cualesquiera otras que el órgano competente considere necesarias, con el fin de determinar la idoneidad del candidato para a su nombramiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Se valorará especialmente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;-Tener el diploma de aptitud del curso de Programa Marco Agente Tutor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;-Tener disponibilidad horaria para atender hechos imprevistos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;-Trayectoria profesional realizada en otros Ayuntamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La convocatoria será resuelta por el Alcalde, en el plazo máximo de un mes. Se formulará directamente la propuesta de adjudicación definitiva a favor de la persona que cree más idónea de forma motivada, siempre que la persona seleccionada cumpla los requisitos establecidos, después de haberse agotado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La convocatoria podrá ser declarada desierta si ninguno de los candidatos alcanzara el nivel suficientes para el puesto a juicio motivado del órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La propuesta de adjudicación definitiva se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento y en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;9.&amp;nbsp;Impugnación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#f8f9fa"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Las presentes bases y convocatoria así como la resolución de adjudicación que dicte el alcalde podrán ser impugnadas conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
