    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 140, de 11 de octubre de 2014, se publicó el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 10 de octubre de 2014 por el que se inicia el procedimiento para declarar ZEC determinados LIC de las Illes Baleares y aprobar los planes o instrumentos de gestión correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cumplimiento de los artículos 36 y 9.2.e) de la Ley 5/2005, de 26 de mayo, para la conservación de los espacios de relevancia ambiental (LECO), se abre un período de información pública de un mes a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio, para presentar las alegaciones que se consideren oportunas en el proyecto del Plan de gestión Natura 2000 de la costa de llevant de Mallorca, dentro del procedimiento para declarar ZEC los siguientes LIC de la Red Natura 2000 de las Illes Balears y aprobar el correspondiente plan de gestión:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Plan de gestión Natura 2000 de la costa de llevant de Mallorca se aprobará por decreto del Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El proyecto de decreto se puede consultar en la Dirección General de Espacios Naturales y Biodiversidad de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Territorio, situada en la calle Gremio de Corredores núm. 10, piso 1º, del Polígono de Son Rossinyol de Palma (CP: 07009) y en la sección de destacados de la página web de esta consejería, que encontrará en el enlace http://tem.caib.es, para que se realicen las alegaciones y sugerencias que se estimen oportunas en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las alegaciones se pueden presentar en la sede de la Dirección General de Espacios Naturales y Biodiversidad mencionada, o en los lugares que determina el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, y deben ir dirigidas a la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Territorio (Dirección General de Espacios Naturales y Biodiversidad).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se habilita la posibilidad de presentar alegaciones por medios telemáticos mediante el apartado "Elaboración de planes" de la página web de Participación ciudadana del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares (http://participaciociutadana.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
