    <env:sumariEnviament rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[Departamento de Movilidad - Modificación de los miembros de la Junta Arbitral de Transportes de Menorca]]</env:sumariEnviament>
    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hacemos pública la resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Movilidad de este Consejo Insular de Menorca, de día 07/10/2020, resolución núm. 2020 / MOB / 218 mediante la cual se modificar la composición de la Junta Arbitral de Menorca, que establece lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;"Por Decreto de Presidencia núm. 301 de 16-6-2020, se estableció la composición de la Junta Arbitral de Transporte de Menorca, decreto que ha sido modificado por los decretos de Presidencia núm. 797, de 21-10- 2002; 183, de 4-3-2004; 15, de 23-1-2008; 56, de 19-3-2009; y 215 de 1-9-2010; por la Resolución 2011/10 de 23 de agosto; por el Decreto de Presidencia 2012/204, de 17 de diciembre; por la Resolución del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Movilidad 2015/109; por la Resolución 2018/100 de 3 de mayo; por resolución núm. 2019/134, de 30 de julio, y por la Resolución núm. 2019/140, de 7 de agosto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por motivos de reestructuración y organización de diferentes departamentos del Consell Insular de Menorca, resulta conveniente hacer otras modificaciones en las suplencias de la presidenta y en los secretarios que hay actualmente. También resulta conveniente, por cambios en la presidencia de CAEB y por falta de personal, modificar el vocal titular del representante de los cargadores y suprimir las suplencias de los vocales representantes de los cargadores y los de los usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos estos antecedentes, como titular del Departamento de Movilidad, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 425/2019 de 10 de julio (BOIB núm. 95 ext. De 11 de julio de 2019), en relación con los decretos de Presidencia núm. 421/2019 y núm. 422/2019, de 9 de julio (BOIB núm. 93 ext. De 10 de julio de 2019);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar la composición de la Junta Arbitral de Transportes de Menorca para que quede de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sección 1ª. Para la resolución de las controversias referidas a transportes de viajeros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidenta: una funcionaria licenciada en Derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Gabriela Mir Losada, titular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Abelardo Ferrando Catalán, suplente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
