&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN POR LA QUE SE MODIFICA EL DECRETO CON EL QUE SE CONSTITUYÓ LA JUNTA DE GOBIERNO LOCAL, SE NOMBRARON LOS TENIENTES DE ALCALDE I SE DELEGARON COMPETENCIAS DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la Ciudad de Llucmajor, el Alcalde que suscribe, en presencia del Secretario de la corporación, vengo a dictar la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Mediante el Decreto 2019002145, de 27 de junio, que a la vez modificaba el Decreto 2019002031, de 21 de junio anterior, se constituyó la Junta de Gobierno Local (JGL), se nombraron los tenientes de alcalde, y se delegaron las áreas de gestión en los distintos regidores y regidoras, y se delegó a favor de la JGL las competencias que se consideró conveniente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pasado mas de julio, a causa de la falta de confianza y de carencia de estabilidad en el sí del gobierno municipal, a través del Decreto 2020002615, de 1 de julio, destituí los dos regidores del Grupo Municipal Llibertat Llucmajor de sus competencias y responsabilidades de gobierno, trasladando temporalmente para mí las competencias que ostentaban ambos regidores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Después de haber transcurrido tres meses, ha llegado la hora de hacer una redistribución de las competencias de Alcaldía entre los distintos miembros de la corporación que apoyan al equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 52.2 del Reglamento de Organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF), establece que la JGL estará integrada por el Alcalde y, en el caso de Llucmajor, un máximo de 7 regidores, nombrados y separados libremente por aquel, y se dará cuenta al Pleno. En cuanto a los tenientes de alcalde, son de existencia obligatoria en todos los municipios [arte. 20.1 a) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, y arte. 22 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares. Estos serán libremente nombrados y cesados por el Alcalde de entre los miembros de la JGL, y los nombramientos y ceses se harán mediante resolución del Alcalde, de la que se dará cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre, y se notificará en los designados y se publicará en el BOIB (arte. 46.1 ROF). En los municipios donde exista JGL, el número de tenientes de alcalde no podrá exceder del número de miembros de aquella (arte. 46.2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En Consecuencia &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Designar el Sr. José Miguel Pastor Cantallops miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Para la sustitución de la Alcaldía en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad, nombro como tenientes de alcalde a los siguientes regidores y por el siguiente orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primera Teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Noemí Getino Pérez &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo Teniente de Alcalde: Sr. Guillermo Roig Mascaró &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercera Teniente de Alcalde: Sra. Maria Francisca Lascolas Rosselló &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto Teniente de Alcalde: Sr. José Miguel Pastor Cantallops.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Delegar a favor de los regidores y regidoras que a continuación se detallan, las siguientes competencias: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Mª de Pilar Bonet Escalera: Economía y Función Pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Ginés Sáez González: Transparencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Raúl Domínguez Martín: Movilidad y Transportes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• José Miguel Pastor Cantallops: Atención a la Ciudadanía en las Urbanizaciones y Participación Ciudadana. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. Determinar que este Decreto rectifica y complementa el Decreto 2019002145, de 27 de junio, con el que se efectuaron el nombramiento de tenientes de alcalde y las delegaciones de competencias al inicio del actual mandato. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;. Dar cuenta del presente Decreto al Pleno en la primera sesión que se realice. También se notificará personalmente a las personas designadas, y se hará pública en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde mañana mismo, de acuerdo con el que establece el arte. 44.2 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
