    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De la concesión de una subvención nominativa a la Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera para el ejercicio 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprobada por Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria del día 7 de agosto de 2020, de la cual se transcribe el siguiente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Conceder&lt;/strong&gt; una subvención a la &lt;strong&gt;Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt; con CIF G07179088 por &lt;strong&gt;importe de 15.000€&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; La gestión de la subvención se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• NORMATIVA APLICABLE. Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: funcionamiento de la Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA. Desde el 1 de enero de 2020 hasta el 15/10/2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN. Antes del 15 de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: mediante presentación de la cuenta justificativa «simplificada» según modelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: la cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: la falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión de otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• PAGO una vez informada favorablemente la cuenta justificativa por los servicios técnicos de la Consejería de Infraestructuras, Sector Primario e Interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS no procede de acuerdo con el Art.17.3 k) de la misma ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;• RÉGIMEN DE COMPATIBILIDADES. Esta subvención es compatible con otras subvenciones, procede de acuerdo con el Art. 17.3 m) de la misma ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Autorizar y disponer&lt;/strong&gt; el gasto con cargo a la partida presupuestaria &lt;strong&gt;2020/1/410/48000/01&lt;/strong&gt; a favor del beneficiario &lt;strong&gt;Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera&lt;/strong&gt; con CIF G07179088 por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- Reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar el 50% del importe total de la subvención, es decir, 7.500 €, en el momento de la aprobación de la propuesta por parte de la Comisión de Gobierno, en concepto de pago anticipado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de la misma de acuerdo con las normas de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar este acuerdo a la Cofradía de Pescadores de Formentera para su conocimiento y efectos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta Administración, a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;DAR CUENTA&lt;/strong&gt; del acuerdo al Pleno de la Corporación en la próxima sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;DAR CUENTA&lt;/strong&gt; a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno, en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (que conforme a los artículos 35 y 88.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas supone la motivación de este acto), adopta, por unanimidad, el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la propuesta transcrita que se da aquí por reproducida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
