&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dadas las bases y la segunda convocatoria aprobadas para la concesión de ayudas económicas para la activación y la mejora de la calidad comercial, destinadas a los establecimientos de actividades no esenciales, afectados por el Real decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, por el cual se declara el estado de alarma Covid-19 y publicadas en el BOIB n.º 167, de 29 de septiembre de 2020;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado que la finalidad de estas ayudas es aportar recursos económicos a las personas titulares de los establecimientos de actividades no esenciales que no han podido llevar a cabo su actividad, para contribuir a la reactivación de las empresas, al mantenimiento del tejido comercial y empresarial de Ciutadella, y al impulso de la promoción y la dinamización del sector;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Dado el informe técnico emitido al respeto en fecha del 7 de octubre de 2020, del cual se desprende que es conveniente la inclusión de algunas actividades empresariales y profesionales en la relación de Nuevos grupos y Epígrafes respecto a la primera convocatoria, aprobados en las bases;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Rectificar el apartado b) del punto 3 de las bases y segunda convocatoria que rigen la concesión de ayudas económicas para la activación y la mejora de la calidad comercial, destinados a los establecimientos de actividades no esenciales que no han podido llevar a cabo su actividad, en el que se deben incluir algunas actividades empresariales y profesionales en la relación de Nuevos grupos y Epígrafes respecto a la primera convocatoria, quedando redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Estar de alta en el IAE, anual o temporal, en alguno de los epígrafes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Agrupación 64 y 65. Comercio al por menor, excepto las excepciones que figuran en el artículo 10.1 del Real decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 671. Servicios de alimentación en restaurantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 672. Servicios de alimentación en cafeterías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 673. Servicios de alimentación en cafés, bares con comida y sin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 676 Chocolaterías, heladerías y horchaterías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 887. Servicios de maquilladores y esteticistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 972. Peluquerías y salones de belleza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NUEVOS GRUPOS Y EPÍGRAFES RESPECTO A LA PRIMERA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Grupo 455. Confección de otros artículos con materias textiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar esta rectificación en la web municipal, el tablón de edictos y en el BOIB, para dar la suficiente publicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
