    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Alcalde en fecha 8 de octubre de 2020 ha aprobado la convocatoria de subvenciones para&amp;nbsp;Asociaciones de la Tercera Edad así como los modelos de instancia, que ha sido enviada a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones con el número de código&amp;nbsp;527567&amp;nbsp; mediante la resolución que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;"Vista la &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Providencia&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; de Alcaldía de fecha 25 de junio de 2020 de acuerdo con la que el Ayuntamiento quiere colaborar con las asociaciones de la Tercera Edad o de Mayores del término municipal para financiar su funcionamiento ordinario ya que contribuyen a dinamizar la vida municipal ya mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas mayores, y especialmente colaborar con las actividades y eventos que organicen y desarrollen estas asociaciones dentro del término, ya que con estas impulsan el desarrollo local, la cohesión social y la participación ciudadana de todos los habitantes de Santa Margalida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe de Intervención de fecha 26 de mayo de 2020 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de acuerdo &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;con el que en el Presupuesto Municipal para el año 2020 del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida existe la aplicación presupuestaria 334 48901 Subvencions Tercera Edat con una consignación de 10.000,00.- €.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dado que de acuerdo con Ordenanza General reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 142 de 29/09/2012) las subvenciones que se conceden a través del procedimiento de concesión en régimen de concurrencia competitiva se inician de oficio mediante la aprobación por parte del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de la convocatoria de las ayudas, previa o simultánea, aprobación de las Bases Específicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dado que el Ayuntamiento Pleno el día 30 de junio de 2020 aprobó en sesión extraordinaria a las Bases específicas que han de regir la convocatoria de subvenciones a asociaciones de la tercera edad, así como la delegación al Alcalde de la aprobación de la convocatoria de las subvenciones objeto de aquellas bases y los modelos de instancia a presentar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dado que las bases han sido publicadas en el BOIB Núm. 171 de día 3 de octubre de 2020 y ​​que la delegación ha sido publicada en el BOIB Núm. 173 de día 8 de octubre de 2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dada la Base de Ejecución número 37 del Presupuesto Municipal de 2020 y de acuerdo con la Ordenanza General reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 142 de 29/09/2012). en uso de las facultades legalmente establecidas &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones a asociaciones de la tercera edad para el año 2020 que se concederán de acuerdo con las Bases Específicas aprobadas por el Pleno y publicadas en el BOIB núm. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;171 de día 3 de octubre de 2020 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;y ​​los modelos de instancia, que se adjuntan a la presente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Publicar la presente resolución, junto con las bases en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones, en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma y en la Sede Electrónica de este Ayuntamiento”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DE SUBVENCIONES PARA PERSONAS DE LA TERCERA EDAD 2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El objeto de las presentes bases es regular las ayudas económicas que el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida concederá durante el año 2020 a las asociaciones de la Tercera Edad o de Personas Mayores del término municipal para financiar su funcionamiento ordinario y colaborar con las actividades y eventos que organicen y desarrollen dentro del término, tanto las de carácter interno como las abiertas a la población, y que impulsen el desarrollo local y la participación ciudadana, y que redunden en beneficio de los habitantes de Santa Margalida en los distintos aspectos del ámbito local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. La finalidad de estas subvenciones es dinamizar y colaborar en la financiación de estas asociaciones, fomentar y promover las actividades y eventos que organicen en los diferentes ámbitos de la vida municipal con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas mayores y la cohesión y participación del tejido social de mayor edad en el término, así como la cooperación entre estas entidades y el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario 2020, se destina la cantidad de 10.000,00.-€ a las subvenciones objeto de las presentes bases, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria siguiente: 334 48901 Tercera Edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones objeto de las presentes bases aquellas entidades y asociaciones legalmente constituidas como entidades sin ánimo de lucro y con domicilio sociales en el término de Santa Margalida que tengan, entre sus finalidades, el objeto de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No podrán tener la condición de beneficiario de las subvenciones las personas o entidades en las que concurra alguna de las circunstancias que se indican en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza general reguladora de las subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son objeto de subvención los gastos derivados del funcionamiento ordinario, así como las actuaciones y proyectos organizados y ejecutados desde el día 1 de noviembre del año 2019 hasta el 30 de octubre de 2020 por las entidades relacionadas en el apartado tercero de las presentes bases que, de forma individualizada, contribuyen a fomentar la participación y mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas mayores siempre que sean necesarias y hayan sido abonadas antes de la finalización del periodo de justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. ACTIVIDADES NO SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En ningún caso serán gastos subvencionables:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas o penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los tributos, excepto que el beneficiario de la subvención los abone de forma efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los impuesto indirectos cuando sean susceptibles de recuperación o compensación, ni los impuestos personales sobre la renta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gastos de vestimenta, dietas, cenas o comidas de inauguración, clausura u otras celebraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Premios en metálico para participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Gastos de personal de la entidad que desarrolle funciones generales de gestión o administrativas (gerente, director, personal administrativo…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. RÉGIMEN DE LA CONCESIÓN. COMPATIBILIDAD O INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Las subvenciones objeto de las presentes bases se otorgarán en régimen de concurrencia competitiva de todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos exigidos en las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las subvenciones, tal y como prevé la Base de ejecución núm.37 del Presupuesto Municipal de 2020 podrán superar el 80% del coste de la actividad subvencionada, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones presupuestarias y las contenidas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Las ayudas económicas objeto de las presentes bases son compatibles con otras ayudas efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o privada, siempre que el importe de las ayudas económicas no supere el coste total de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES. PLAZO, LUGAR Y FORMA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes es de 20 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a aquel en que tenga lugar la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB. En el caso de que el último día de plazo sea inhábil, este se entenderá prorrogado hasta el siguiente día hábil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Las solicitudes deberán formularse mediante instancia dirigida al presidente de la corporación y deberán presentarse a través del Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida o en las dependencias de Can Picafort, o bien en cualquiera de los lugares señalados en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (en adelante LPACAP). Cuando las solicitudes se presenten por parte de personas jurídicas o de entidades sin personalidad jurídica deberán presentarse a través de medios electrónicos de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Las solicitudes se formularán de acuerdo con el modelo de instancia (ANEXO I). Juntamente con la solicitud, que deberá firmarse por el representante legal de la entidad, deberá adjuntarse la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Fotocopia del NIF de la entidad solicitante y fotocopia del DNI/NIE/Pasaporte de la persona que firma la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona firmante. Se debe acreditar el nombramiento y la vigencia del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Fotocopia de los Estatutos o el Acta Fundacional inscritos en el Registro Oficial correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Proyecto explicativo de las actividades o actuaciones para las cuales se solicita la subvención económica. Entre otros aspectos, deben constar los objetivos perseguidos, el colectivo al que va dirigido, el presupuesto (en el que se indicarán los gastos&lt;span style="color:#c9211e"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;y los ingresos), los medios humanos y materiales necesarios para llevarlos a cabo, las fechas de realización, las personas responsables de su ejecución, las formas de colaboración previstas en la financiación y las medidas de difusión adoptadas que, como mínimo, deberán consistir en la inclusión del nombre e imagen del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida como entidad que subvenciona la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En su caso, deberá especificarse en el presupuesto la parte correspondiente a los impuestos (ANEXO III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de que en la fecha de solicitud ya se haya ejecutado el proyecto para el cual se solicita la subvención, se adjuntará una memoria descriptiva de las actuaciones realizadas. En ella deberán constar, en la medida de lo posible, los aspectos indicados en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. Certificado bancario que acredite la cuenta corriente o libreta en la que deba ingresarse el importe de la subvención. (ANEXO V). De haberse acreditado con en convocatorias anteriores de ayudas y subvenciones económicas del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, no será necesario presentar dicho certificado bancario, siempre y cuando no se hayan producido modificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f. Declaración de que la entidad solicitante no recibe más ayuda por el mismo concepto o importe que la ayuda recibida o solicitada en relación al total, y declaración responsable ante de la autoridad administrativa de no incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (ANEXO II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g. Declaración responsable de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, ante la Agencia Tributaria y ante este Ayuntamiento (ANEXO II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, la presentación de la solicitud de subvención implicará, excepto que se manifieste lo contrario, la autorización del solicitante para que el órgano otorgante obtenga de forma directa la acreditación del cumplimiento de estas obligaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 28.3 de la LPACAP, en el caso de que la documentación exigida ya obre en poder del Ayuntamiento, la persona aspirante, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde la finalización del procedimiento de que formen parte, podrán hacer uso de su derecho a no presentarla, haciendo constar la fecha, el procedimiento y el órgano o dependencia antes el que fue presentada. En el supuesto de imposibilidad material de obtener la documentación, el órgano competente podrá requerir al solicitante su presentación, o en su defecto, la acreditación, por otros medios de los requisitos a los que se refiere el documento, con anterioridad a la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, se requerirá a la persona interesada para que, en el plazo de 10 días subsane las deficiencias, con la advertencia de que, de no hacerlo, se la tendrá por desistida de su petición, previa resolución que se dictará en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Cualquiera de los órganos que intervengan en el procedimiento de concesión podrán, en cualquier momento del procedimiento, solicitar al interesado la información complementaria, los datos y las acreditaciones que estimen necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención se iniciará de oficio, mediante acuerdo del Ayuntamiento Pleno que aprobará la convocatoria, previa aprobación de las Bases Específicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatoria será publicada en la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, en el BOIB y en la Sede del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la Concejalía de la tercera edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una comisión evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si los beneficiarios cumplen con todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos para acceder a estas Bases. De todas las actuaciones llevadas a cabo en la mencionada reunión se levantará acta. La Comisión Evaluadora estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sr. Martí A. Torres Valls, Alcalde del Ayuntamiento que actuará como presidente de la Mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Suplente: Maciana Alomar Bauzá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la Comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, abriéndose un plazo de 10 días naturales para formular alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El instructor incorporará al expediente una diligencia firmada por la persona responsable en la que conste la fecha y el lugar de la publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Con respecto a la presentación de alegaciones se estará a lo dispuesto a la presentación de solicitudes. Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá carácter definitivo. En caso contrario, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano instructor formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes para los que se propone la concesión de la subvención, la cantidad con especificación de la evaluación realizada, y los criterios de valoración aplicados para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, concediendo a los beneficiarios un plazo de 10 días naturales para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de este plazo no se expresa lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución, una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva, y emitido el informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. CRITERIOS QUE HAN DE REGIR LA CONCESIÓN E IMPORTE DE LAS SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La concesión de estas subvenciones se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, igualdad, objetividad y no discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Con la finalidad de establecer la puntuación de las solicitudes presentadas, los criterios de valoración para resolver la convocatoria serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Repercusión social de la actividad. 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Número de personas que puedan resultar beneficiarias. 0 a 5 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Promoción de la formación, salud y calidad de vida de la actividad. 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Continuidad del proyecto. 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Originalidad y exclusividad de la actividad. 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Número de asociados o miembros de la entidad solicitante. 0 a 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Quedarán automáticamente excluidas del procedimiento aquellas solicitudes que no obtengan una puntuación mínima de 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El importe máximo de subvención será de 2.500,00.- € por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. En caso de que el importe adjudicado a la aplicación presupuestaria con cargo a la cual debe abonarse la subvención no sea suficiente para atender a todas las solicitudes, para determinar el importe de la subvención, deberá aplicarse el siguiente sistema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se suma el número de puntos obtenidos por todas las entidades que cumplen los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se divide el importe total del crédito asignado a la convocatoria entre el número total de puntos, obteniendo en euros el valor de cada punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La cantidad que corresponde a cada subvención es el resultado de multiplicar el número de puntos obtenidos para cada solicitante por el valor en euros de cada punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. La cantidad de la subvención tendrá como límite máximo el crédito asignado contemplado en estas bases y no podrá superar el 100% del coste total de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. PLAZO DE RESOLUCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar el presente procedimiento no podrá exceder de seis meses, a contar desde la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El transcurso del plazo máximo sin que se haya notificado resolución legitima al interesado para entender desestimada su solicitud por silencio administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias deben cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que les son de aplicación y, en concreto, el Reglamento general regulador de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 142 de 29/09/2012), y de las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aceptar y cumplir la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Levar a cabo el objeto de la subvención con las condiciones establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento que se ha ejecutado la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunicar al órgano competente para resolver de acuerdo con el artículo 8.3 de las presentes bases, la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad no previstas inicialmente, así como cualquier eventualidad que altere el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Facilitar toda la información complementaria que requiera el Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Hacer constar que la actividad está subvencionada por el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida mediante el logotipo o las identificaciones corporativas del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Informar e invitar a las autoridades del Ayuntamiento a la presentación, inauguración y cierre de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicitar la actividad subvencionada en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presentar, una vez concluida la actividad subvencionada, la documentación justificativa requerida en la base siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La justificación de los gastos subvencionados deberá realizarse con anterioridad a día 15 de noviembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El abono de la subvención se hará previa justificación por parte de la entidad beneficiaria de la realización de la actividad subvencionada, el cumplimiento de la finalidad y el 100% del gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Para justificar la subvención otorgada deberá presentarse una cuenta justificativa integrada por la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Una memoria de la actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con las actividades que se han llevado a cabo y los resultados obtenidos, la temporización, medios de difusión utilizados , evaluación y cualquier otro aspecto que pueda resultar conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Una memoria económica justificativa del coste de las actividades que se han llevado a cabo, que comprenderá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una relación clasificada de los gastos y las inversiones de la actividad, con indicación del acreedor y del documento, importe, fecha de emisión y fecha de pago. Si la subvención se otorga de acuerdo a un presupuesto, se indicarán las desviaciones sobrevenidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalentes en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporadas en la relación referida en el párrafo anterior y, en su caso, la documentación acreditativa del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaración responsable de haber ejecutado el proyecto o actividad subvencionada, en la cual se deben detallar los ingresos y los gastos que se han derivado e indicar el importe y la procedencia de los mismos (ANEXO IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Declaración responsable de que las facturas presentadas para justificar la subvención otorgada no superan el valor del mercado y que no se recuperarán ni se compensará el IVA. (ANEXO IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Justificar el pago de las facturas presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una relación detallada de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada indicando el importe y la procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una muestra, si procede, del material de difusión de la actividad subvencionada: carteles, tarjetas, y cualquier otro elemento publicitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Los gastos deben justificarse con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia para compulsar. Si deben devolverse las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, se debe reflejar con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Las facturas originales., acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las personas o entidades subvencionadas y con su número de NIF, deben expresar claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fecha de emisión, que deberá corresponder al periodo subvencionable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Datos fiscales (Nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora y de la entidad pagadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Concepto detallado por el cual se expide, que deberá ser suficientemente claro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Importe, desglosando la parte del I&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;VA, si procede. Si la operación está exenta de IVA deberá reflejarse en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria dispone únicamente de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto, recibida por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que a la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad que manifieste la imposibilidad o dificultad grave de obtener el documento original, y declare que la factura no ha sido ni será utilizada en la justificación de otra subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Para justificar las indemnizaciones que por los gastos efectivos ocasionados se hayan abonado a los colaboradores en el evento (y no por los servicios prestados), la entidad bancaria deberá aportar un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad y por la persona colaboradora donde se mencione el concepto, el importe abonado y los datos personales (nombre, domicilio y NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. No obstante lo anterior, el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida podrá solicitar cualquier otra documentación que considere oportuna, atendiendo a las circunstancias y características de cada caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida requerirá a la entidad bancaria para que complete o subsane la deficiencia en el plazo improrrogable de 10 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Si de la documentación presentada para la justificación de la subvención se deduce que no se han cumplido las previsiones de aspectos que se han tenido en cuenta para puntuar, se modificará la cantidad de la subvención concedida en función de la puntuación que efectivamente debería haberse obtenido. El importe correspondiente a la minoración se reintegrará en la aplicación presupuestaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones son de concesión voluntaria, revocable y reductible si la entidad beneficiaria se ve afectada por alguna de las causas previstas en la Ley, en el Reglamento Municipal, así como en el caso de se incumpla alguna de las causas previstas en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En estos casos, previa tramitación del correspondiente procedimiento administrativo, la entidad beneficiaria deberá reintegrar las cantidades percibidas y los intereses de demora que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en estas bases o en la normativa de aplicación, dará lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones estipulado en el Título V del Reglamento municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es de aplicación a estas bases la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones; el Real Decreto 877/2006, de 21 de julio por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003; el Reglamento general regulador de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 142 29/09/2012); la Ley 39/2015, 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común a las administraciones públicas, el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales; las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal para el año 2020 y demás normativa que resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolución que recaiga en este procedimiento no pone fin a la vía administrativa. Contra ella se podrán interponer el recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de su notificación. Alternativamente y en el plazo de dos meses se podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo. Todo esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
