&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Identificación del expediente: 34965/2019, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;creación de 12 nuevas licencias de auto taxi en el municipio de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución por la que se acuerda la remisión del expediente administrativo y se cita en plazo a las personas interesadas en el recurso contencioso administrativo, procedimiento ordinario 0000296/2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. La Associació de Taxistes Autònoms de la Ciutat d'Eivissa ha interpuesto recurso contencioso administrativo ante el T.S.J. ILLES BALEARS, SALA CON/AD 001 - PALMA DE MALLORCA, contra la resolución del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, de fecha 28/05/2020, donde por Acuerdo de Pleno se aprueba la creación de 12 nuevas licencias de auto taxi y aprobación de las Bases que regirán su otorgamiento (BOIB núm. 103 de data 6 de juny de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. Visto lo que disponen los artículos 49 y 50 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. Visto, así mismo, lo que establece el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; En base a todo lo expuesto y haciendo uso de las atribuciones que me han sido delegadas mediante Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2019/3897 de fecha 20 de junio de 2019,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir el expediente administrativo correspondiente al T.S.J. ILLES BALEARS, SALA CON/AD 001 - PALMA DE MALLORCA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Citar a las personas interesadas por sí a su derecho conviniera comparecer y personarse como demandadas ante este Juzgado en el plazo de nuevo DÍAS, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 49 y 50 de la ya mencionada Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Informar a las personas interesadas de que pueden comparecer en las actuaciones judiciales dentro del plazo concedido. Si comparecen posteriormente, se les tendrá por parte para los tramites no preclosos. Si no comparecen oportunamente, continuará el procedimiento sus trámites, sin que haya lugar a efectuar, en estrados o de cualquier otra forma, notificaciones de ninguna clase. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
