    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley&amp;nbsp;10/2014, de 1 de octubre, de Ordenación Minera de las Illes Balears; con la Ley&amp;nbsp;9/2018, de 5 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley&amp;nbsp;21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental, y con la Ley&amp;nbsp;9/2018, de 31 de julio, por la que se modifica la Ley&amp;nbsp;12/2016, de 17 de agosto, de evaluación ambiental de las Illes Balears, se somete a información pública la solicitud del explotador con NIF&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;42981360H &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de autorización administrativa del proyecto sujeto a evaluación de impacto ambiental ordinaria. Puede resultar de aplicación lo previsto en el capítulo III del título II en materia de consultas transfronterizas. Las características principales se señalan a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Expediente: 2019/20228.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tipo de actividad: &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;restauración de&lt;/span&gt; una explotación minera de roca calcárea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Situación: &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;forma parte de las parcelas 612, 623, 624, 625, 627, 640, 641, 642, 643 y 644 del polígono 3 de Vilafranca de Bonany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Isla: Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Datos técnicos: La cantera Pou Morer es resultado de la unificación de dos explotaciones, Pou Morer (501) y Son Durí (497), canteras adyacentes en las que hoy en día no hay diferenciación y muestran un único hueco minero. El promotor propone en su Plan de restauración el remodelado del terreno mediante la adaptación de taludes para dotarlos de un perfil más estable y con mayor seguridad geotécnica, dividido en dos fases que durarán 3 años, manteniendo la laguna existente y estabilizando de forma puntual los puntos en los que se ha detectado algún riesgo de inestabilidad. Aparte de las especies herbáceas incluidas en la siembra de semillas, las especies leñosas principales serán el acebuche (&lt;em&gt;Olea europaea&lt;/em&gt;) y el lentisco (&lt;em&gt;Pistacia lentiscus&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La documentación que &lt;/span&gt;corresponde al Proyecto y al Estudio de Impacto Ambiental se puede examinar en la Dirección General de Política Industrial (c. de El Bastió d'en Sanoguera, 2, 07002 Palma), así como en la web de la Dirección General de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
