    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Habiendo concluido la aprobación de la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo de este Ayuntamiento, por el Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión celebrada el día 3 de septiembre de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En conformidad con aquello que se ha fijado en el artículo 127 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por medio del presente anuncio, se procede a la publicación íntegra de la mencionada modificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Hacer constar que a día de hoy las plazas RLTL0001, 0003, 0004 ya están ocupadas por personal laboral fijo que adquirió su calidad en función del correspondiente proceso selectivo, y por tanto pueden continuar prestando dichos servicios en la misma condición, teniendo que valorar con motivo de la oferta pública de empleo correspondiente si las mismas pueden ser objeto de un proceso selectivo de promoción interna convocada por el sistema de concurso-oposición de acuerdo con la Disposición transitoria segunda del Texto Refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
