font-size:12px">BASES PARA SUBVENCIONAR AYUDAS DESTINADAS A COLABORAR CON LOS GASTOS DERIVADOS DE LA COMPRA DE APARATOS INFORMATICOS PARA ESTUDIANTES DE PRIMARIA Y SECUNDARIA.</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dentro de la política que lleva a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Llubí de colaboración, ayuda y apoyo para las familias de nuestro pueblo que tienen hijos estudiantes, el Ayuntamiento aprueba, la creación de unas ayudas específicas para la compra de aparatos informáticos destinadas a colaborar con los gastos derivados de la adaptación del alumnado al nuevo sistema educativo on-line por motivos de COVID 19 para estudiantes de primaria y secundaria que se regirán de acuerdo a las siguientes bases:</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Primera.-DESTINATARIOS / -AS - REQUISITOS</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.-La ayuda va destinada a las personas que realizan los cursos de primaria o secundaria durante el año 2020.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.- Podrán beneficiarse de esta ayuda: Todos los estudiantes que han hecho un gasto en aparatos informáticos (ordenadores, tabletas quedan excluidos los móviles) del 14 de marzo de 2020 hasta el 15 de noviembre de 2020.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.- Los / las estudiantes deben estar empadronados / -das en Llubí, al menos con un año de antigüedad.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Segunda.-SOLICITUDES</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.-Para solicitar la ayuda se debe cumplimentar el impreso que figura como ANEXO I en las presentes bases y que se facilitará en el Ayuntamiento de Llubí (c / Sant Feliu, 13), en la pág . web www.ajllubi.net o en la sede electrónica https: //llubi.sedelectronica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.-Las solicitudes y la documentación correspondiente se presentarán en el Registro de Entrada del Ayuntamiento de Llubí (lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 14:00 y lunes de 16:00 a 20:00 horas).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3.-El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será desde el día siguiente de la publicación de las Bases en el BOIB hasta el 15 de noviembre de 2020.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Toda solicitud presentada fuera de plazo será desestimada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La instancia y el impreso de solicitud (anexo I) irá acompañando de la siguiente documentación:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; font-size:12px">Tercera.-TIPO Y CUANTÍA</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La partida presupuestaria 231/48000 habilitada por el Ayuntamiento de Llubí es de un total de 8.000 euros.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Criterios:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">• Un 20% del gasto con un máximo de 100 euros</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se publicarán en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Llubí y en la página web municipal (www.ajllubi.net).</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Listas</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por medio de un Edicto, se expondrán en el Ayuntamiento las listas provisionales de solicitudes admitidas y no admitidas (propuesta de resolución), abriéndose un plazo de 3 días naturales para subsanar deficiencias.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
