33556 CAIB CAIB 2020-10-06 es CAIB 2020-10-02 2020-10-06 9291 33556 es ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva del expediente número 20 de modificación del presupuesto municipal (modificación de la base 36 de las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto)]] 639612 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprobado definitivamente el expediente núm. 20 de modificación del presupuesto municipal para el ejercicio 2020, de modificación de la base 36 de las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto, que regula los gastos plurianuales, publicado en el BOIB núm. 152 de 3 de septiembre de 2020, y visto que no se han presentado reclamaciones, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente, se publica su texto:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Base 36. Gastos plurianuales</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los gastos plurianuales se regirán por lo dispuesto en el art. 174 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, RD Legislativo 2/2004 y el art. 79 a 88 del RD 500/90, y en cuanto a la competencia, por lo dispuesto en los artículos 21.2 l) y 22.1 k) de la LRBRL.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Podrán adquirirse compromisos de gasto que hayan de extenderse a ejercicios futuros para financiar inversiones y transferencias de capital, siempre que su ejecución se inicie en este ejercicio 2020 y que el volumen total de los gastos comprometidos para los años 2020, 2021, 2.022 y 2.023 no supere los límites del 70, 60, 50 y 50 por 100 de la suma de créditos iniciales consignados en cada artículo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En el caso de contratos de arrendamientos, suministros, asistencia técnica, prestación de servicios y ejecución de obras de mantenimiento, los límites será de cuatro años.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. En el caso de arrendamiento de bienes inmuebles, vehículos o equipos, será necesario informe de Intervención sobre estimación de cobertura en ejercicios futuros.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Respecto a las cargas financieras, deberá cumplirse lo establecido en la normativa vigente respecto de endeudamiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. En los casos en que exista la consignación en el Presupuesto corriente para la realización de la totalidad del gasto y su plazo de ejecución no sea superior a un año, pero que, por causa del momento de la adjudicación o disposición del gasto, se haya de terminar de ejecutar en el ejercicio siguiente, la competencia de autorización y disposición debe considerarse a favor del órgano competente en el caso de haberse ejecutado todo el gasto durante el ejercicio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Para el 2020, de conformidad con el artículo 174.4 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se establecen los siguientes proyectos plurianuales de inversión:</span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" class="Table" style="border-collapse:collapse;
