&lt;p&gt;En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 169.1, por remisión del 177.2 del RD Leg. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, al no haberse presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario de aprobación inicial adoptado el día 31 de agosto de 2020, sobre el expediente de modificación de créditos n.º 10/2020 (G 7979/20) en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario para la aplicación del superávit presupuestario 2019 a inversiones financieramente sostenibles&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo, en virtud de lo que se dispone en el artículo 171 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de dicha Jurisdicción.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 171.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, la interposición de dicho recurso no suspenderá por sí sola la efectividad del acto o acuerdo impugnado.&lt;/p&gt;
