    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local en sesión ordinaria de fecha 30 de septiembre de 2020 adoptó el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista el acta del tribunal evaluador de fecha 16 de septiembre de 2020, en la que figura la lista de resultado provisionales para la constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de operarios/operarias para la brigada municipal, con carácter laboral temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto que las calificaciones provisionales fueron expuestas al público por un plazo de cinco días hábiles sin que se hubieran presentado ninguna reclamación u observación, y en consecuencia se tiene que entender elevada a definitiva la lista provisional de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las bases y convocatoria aprobada por Junta de Gobierno de día 24 de julio de 2020 (BOIB n.º 77, de 09 de mayo de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se propone a la Junta de Gobierno Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la bolsa de trabajo de operarios/operarias para la brigada municipal, con carácter laboral temporal, según la orden de puntuación obtenido por las personas aspirantes y en conformidad con la propuesta del Tribunal Calificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares a los efectos previstos en la normativa vigente, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo se podrán interponer los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Reposición: Ante la Junta de Gobierno Local, en el plazo de un mes, contado desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación del presente acuerdo. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado del Contencioso–administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Contencioso–administrativo: Ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contado desde el día siguiente a la fecha de notificación del presente acuerdo. Se puede interponer directamente, pero si se ha presentado un recurso de reposición, no se podrá formalizar el contencioso–administrativo hasta que no se haya resuelto expresamente o se haya producido la desestimación presunta del recurso de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa y de la Ley 39/2015, de 01 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
