&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, en sesión de día 14 de febrero de 2019, creó el Observatorio de asesoramiento, seguimiento y gestión de la política del paisaje de Mallorca (BOIB&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;nº. 35 de 16 de marzo de 2019). En la misma sesión se aprobó el Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento de este Observatorio que fue modificado en la sesión del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, celebrada el 13 de febrero de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La Dirección Insular de Territorio y Paisaje prevé constituir el Observatorio del Paisaje el día 23 de septiembre de 2020 en despliegue de la Estrategia del Paisaje del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobada por el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, en la sesión celebra el 14 de febrero de 2020 (BOIB nº. 35, de 16 de marzo de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La consejera ejecutiva de Territorio ha hecho la correspondiente propuesta de Decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La Norma 3 del Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento del Observatorio de asesoramiento, seguimiento y gestión de la política del paisaje de Mallorca aprobado en la sesión del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de día 14 de febrero de 2019, modificado en la sesión del Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, celebrada el 13 de febrero de 2020, establece la composición del Observatorio-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo eso, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Nombrar a las personas siguientes como representantes de la corporación en el Observatorio de asesoramiento, seguimiento y gestión de la política del paisaje de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular del Departamento competente en materia de Ordenación del Territorio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Titular: Maria Antònia Garcías Roig, consejera ejecutiva de Territorio, que tiene que ejercer las funciones de presidenta del Observatorio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
