    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en sesión ordinaria de fecha 28 de septiembre de 2020, aprobó por unanimidad el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consell Executiu, en sesión extraordinaria y urgente de fecha 27 de mayo de 2020, aprobó, por unanimidad, la convocatoria y las bases que la rigen, de ayudas para el fomento de la moda Adlib para el año 2020. Estas bases fueron publicadas en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) núm. 97 de 30 de mayo de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta línea de ayudas está contemplada en el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones del Consell Insular d'Eivissa 2020-2021-2022, aprobado por Acuerdo del Consell Executiu de fecha 7 de febrero de 2020 y publicadas en el BOIB núm. 20, de 15 de febrero de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de las ayudas económicas es el de dinamizar y fomentar la industria de la moda Adlib de la isla de Ibiza a través de la participación en ferias, pasarelas y eventos para la promoción de moda Adlib, así como de la realización de sesiones fotográficas y de vídeo que sirvan para dicha promoción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las bases, en su línea 2, establecen ayudas económicas para aquellas actividades que, dentro del objeto de la convocatoria, hayan sido ejecutadas entre el 16 de marzo y el 1 de octubre de 2020 (ambos incluidos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La situación de crisis sanitaria actual ha obligado a replantear, anular o aplazar algunos eventos y ferias de moda para poder garantizar la implantación de las medidas de protección sanitaria adecuadas y para poder proteger la salud de los participantes. Por este motivo, las ferias especializadas en moda que, dentro del calendario habitual, se iban a celebrar en el mes de septiembre, o bien se han cancelado o bien se han aplazado al mes de octubre para tener el tiempo suficiente para adaptarse a las medidas de protección de la salud aprobadas. Este es el caso de la feria internacional "Who's next?" que se celebra en París y que ha cambiado su fecha habitual de celebración, en septiembre, aplazándose hasta el mes de octubre cuando, finalmente, se prevé realizar del 2 al 4 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este aplazamiento de una de las principales ferias de moda internacionales afecta directamente a la eficacia de la convocatoria de ayudas al fomento de la moda Adlib, dado que las fechas establecidas para las actividades subvencionables en el línea 2 dejarían fuera de la convocatoria esta importante feria, mientras que, por el contrario, algunos de los gastos efectuados en relación con la preparación de la participación en la feria si que estarían dentro del plazo subvencionable porque se habrían abonado con anterioridad. Resulta evidente que esta situación, manteniendo las fechas actuales para las actividades subvencionables en la línea 2, no sólo contradiría el objeto de la convocatoria (fomentar la industria de la moda a través de la participación en ferias en el año 2020) sino que también haría prácticamente inviable que los posibles beneficiarios recibieran ayuda para esta feria aunque se incluyera en una siguiente convocatoria, dado que los gastos habrían sido efectuadas con una fecha anterior y que se incluye dentro de la presente convocatoria, lo que les causaría , por tanto, un grave perjuicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(...) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud de todo lo anterior, de conformidad con el artículo 72.d del Reglamento orgánico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-9-2010, corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10 -2010, modificación en BOIB núm. 48, de 16-4-2016), elevo al Consell Executiu, la siguiente PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; APROBAR la modificación de la convocatoria de ayudas para el fomento de la moda Adlib, para el año 2020, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la base 3, referente a la dotación económica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Todas las facturas o los documentos probatorios del pago del gasto que, en su caso, se aporten para la justificación del gasto subvencionable deberán estar emitidos en una fecha dentro del período subvencionable (en la línea 1, entre el día 16 de septiembre de 2018 y el 15 de marzo de 2020, en la línea 2, entre el 16 de marzo de 2020 y el 10 de octubre de 2020.
