    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con el fin de redactar las actas previas a la ocupación de las fincas afectadas por la expropiación forzosa urgente motivada por las obras de&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;referencia&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;en el término municipal de Sa Pobla, de conformidad con el artículo 52 de la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa, los propietarios que se detallan en la relación adjunta deberán personarse en las oficinas del ayuntamiento en el día y hora indicados, con el fin de facilitar los datos necesarios que habrán de constar en las mencionadas actas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deberán aportar el documento nacional de identidad; en caso de no poder personarse el propietario de la finca, podrá hacerlo otra persona en su representación presentando un poder notarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A los efectos de acreditación de la titularidad de la finca, deberán aportar preferiblemente la escritura de propiedad, nota simple informativa del registro de la propiedad, o, en su lugar, cualquier otro documento acreditativo de la titularidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
