&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de la presunción establecida en el artículo 169.1, en relación con el artículo 177.2 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, ha sido elevada a definitiva la &lt;strong&gt;modificación de crédito 08-2020, &lt;/strong&gt;crédito extraordinario financiado bajas o anulaciones de otras aplicaciones del presupuesto vigente, aprobada por acuerdo del pleno del ayuntamiento de 27 de agosto de 2020 (BOIB nº 151, de 01.09.2020). &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la aprobación definitiva del expediente de modificación de crédito 08-2020 se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de que los interesados legitimados puedan ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que consideren procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
