    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública por decreto número 14291 de fecha 22 de septiembre de 2020, &amp;nbsp;ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Estimar las alegaciones presentadas por los Sres. José Manuel Aguilera García, Tomás Mas Castellá, Wiro Jordán Jurado, Josep Antoni Llabrés Crespí y Fernando J. Carrillo Martínez, por haber subsanado en tiempo y forma y en consecuencia admitirlos para tomar parte en el proceso selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Aprobar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas para tomar parte en el concurso oposición, convocado por el sistema de promoción interna, para cubrir 14 plazas vacantes de la categoría de subinspector / a de la Policía Local de Palma de este Ayuntamiento, perteneciente a la Escala de Administración Especial, Subescala Servicios Especiales, Escala ejecutiva de la policía local. Grupo A2, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondiente a la oferta pública de empleo correspondiente al ejercicio 2017 (7 plazas) y del 2019 (7 plazas) a los aspirantes que a continuación se relacionan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados ​​recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
