&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text complet del qual es pot consultar en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/519578):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Pueden solicitar la subvención las personas que cumplan los requisitos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Estar empadronado en un municipio de Menorca en el momento de presentar la solicitud, salvo en los casos de petición de renovación de ayudas concedidas en convocatorias anteriores con respecto al mismo recurso que se solicita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Ser mayor de 18 años o bien menores emancipados. Excepcionalmente, también tienen derecho los menores de 18 años cuando un informe social o técnico justifique la necesidad y aconseje la necesidad del recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Estar incluidos en los sectores de población objeto de la convocatoria, es decir: personas con discapacidad psíquica, física o psiquiátrica o personas que presentan dificultades para adicciones o trastornos de conducta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4 Justificar, mediante informes profesionales, la necesidad de recurso residencial o terapéutico y la imposibilidad o no adecuación de acceso a un recurso adecuado a la red pública de servicios sociales o de salud de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es establecer y regular las ayudas económicas del Consejo Insular de Menorca destinadas a subvencionar estancias terapéuticas o residenciales en centros ubicados fuera de la isla de Menorca y a subvencionar desplazamientos y alojamientos de las personas usuarias de estos centros o de sus familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Las estancias terapéuticas o residenciales están dirigidas a la atención de personas con discapacidad psíquica, física o psiquiátrica, así como a abordar situaciones donde se presenten dificultades para adicciones o trastornos de conducta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca en la sesión de carácter ordinario de día 31 de agosto de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 70.000 € (setenta mil euros) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes respecto a las estancias efectuadas durante el mes de diciembre del año 2019 y durante los meses de enero a noviembre de 2020 comenzará el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y se pueden presentar hasta el 31 de octubre de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
