    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante Acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno núm. JGL_20200729_01_U049 de 29/07/2020 se ha aprobado la siguiente resolución, a propuesta del jefe del departamento de Mobilidad, de conformidad a&amp;nbsp; los&amp;nbsp; artículos 124 y 127 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, según la adición efectuada por la Ley 57/2003, de 16 de diciembre, de medidas para la modernización del Gobierno Local; la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público; el Real Decreto 1098/2001, de 12 de octubre, Reglamento general de la Ley de Contratos de las Administraciones Públicas, en lo que no esté derogado,&amp;nbsp; y los artículos 53.2, 172 y 175 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primero.- Actualizar las tarifas por el servicio de estacionamiento por rotación de vehículos en los aparcamientos que a continuación se relacionan infra , y fijar su importe máximo exigible en 0,027607 €/minuto ( base imponible), IVA excluido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las tarifas máximas actualizadas objeto de este acuerdo corresponden a los aparcamientos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparcamiento de la plaza Bisbe Berenguer de Palou, gestionado por Aparcamientos Mallorquines Segundos, SA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparcamiento del Paseo Mallorca, gestionado&amp;nbsp; por Aparcamientos Paseo Mallorca, SA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparcamiento de la Plaza de España, gestionado por Estacionament Plaça d'Espanya, S.L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparcamiento de Comte Sallent, gestionado por Palma 2001 Aparcament, S.L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aparcamiento de la Avenida&amp;nbsp; Alexandre Rosselló, gestionado por ACVIL Aparcamientos, S.L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segundo.- Publicar&amp;nbsp; este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tercero.- Notificar &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;este acuerdo a las entidades concesionarias relacionadas en el acuerdo primero, y a la Sociedad&amp;nbsp; Municipal deAparcamientos y Proyectos, SA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
