&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;PRIMERO. Exponer esta modificación al público mediante anuncio en el BOIB durante quince días, durante los cuales los interesados podrán examinarlo y presentar las reclamaciones ante el Pleno. El expediente se considerará definitivamente aprobado si durante el plazo señalado no se han presentado reclamaciones; en caso contrario, el Pleno dispondrá de un plazo de un mes para resolverlas.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobado el expediente, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 177.6 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se somete a información pública por el plazo de quince días, a contar desde el día siguiente al de publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durante dicho plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales o en el enlace https://alaior.sedelectronica.es/transparency/dd1c5ce5-ce3e-4b5f-978c-f4de8508c0ad/, para que se formulen las alegaciones que estimen pertinentes, las cuales deberán ser resueltas dentro de los ocho días siguientes a su presentación, entendiéndose desestimadas de no notificarse su resolución al recurrente dentro de dicho plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
