    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seguidamente se transcribe la resolución de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda y Desarrollo Empresarial de fecha 4 de septiembre de 2020, aprobando la modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 07 de febrero de 2020, el Consejo Ejecutivo aprobó el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular por el periodo 2020-2021-2022, en cumplimiento del estipulado en el artículo 8 de la LGS, y que se trata de un instrumento de planificación estratégica de la actividad subvencional del CIE, publicado en el BOIB núm.20 de 15/02/2020 así como en el BOIB núm.126 de 16 de julio de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En virtud del Decreto 484 de 16 de julio de 2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, en su apartado tercero se establece que corresponden a la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda y Desarrollo Empresarial la aprobación de las modificaciones que se puedan producir a lo largo de la vigencia de este Pla estratégico (BOIB 126 de 16/07/2020). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la nueva realidad provocada por el escenario de la COVID y sus consecuencias, es voluntad del Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes modificar el Plan estratégico de subvenciones, en materia de transportes, para aprobar ayudas a los titulares de licencias municipales de taxi en la isla de Ibiza, para la adquisición de mamparas de seguridad frente la Covid-19 para los vehículos auto-taxis por importe de 20.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el informe propuesta del jefe de servicio de Transportes de fecha 31 de agosto de 2020 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes de fecha 3 de septiembre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo el anterior, según el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 484/2019, de 16 de julio de 2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB núm. 98, de 17/07/2019, modificación por Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019001005, de fecha 19 de diciembre, BOIB núm. 175 de 31/12/2019), la consejera ejecutiva de Economía y Hacienda y Desarrollo Empresarial, en virtud de las competencias que tengo atribuidas, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, años 2020-2022, en el sentido de incluir una nueva línea de ayudas económicas, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, para aprobar ayudas a los titulares de licencias municipales de taxi en la isla de Ibiza para la adquisición de mamparas de seguridad frente la Covid-19 para los vehículos auto-taxis, por importe de 20.000 euros, manteniendo la vigencia del resto de previsiones contenidas en el Plan estratégico de subvenciones, quedando en consecuencia, de la siguiente&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
