    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;31&lt;/span&gt; de agosto de 2020, el Presidente del Consejo Insular de Eivissa dictó el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) núm. 95, de 11-7-2019, se publicó el Decreto de Presidencia 2019000471, de fecha 10 de julio de 2019, de estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Eivissa y creación de Departamentos (modificaciones en BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, y en el BOIB núm. 101, de 4-6-2020), dictado al amparo de lo previsto en el artículo 62 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears (según la redacción dada por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, que lo reformó) y en el 6.1 y 9.2.&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y a raíz de la nueva constitución de la Corporación surgida después de las elecciones del día 26-5-2019, que tuvo lugar el 5-7-2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Asimismo, en el BOIB núm. 98 EXT., de 17-7-2020, se publicó el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000484, de fecha 16-7-2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Eivissa (modificaciones en el BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, y en el BOIB núm. 101, de 4-6-2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La actual crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19 ha puesto de manifiesto que es conveniente introducir algunos cambios en la actual estructura gobernativa de la Corporación y replantear algunas funciones de diferentes departamentos del Consejo, por cuestiones de eficacia y eficiencia administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por otra parte, la situación actual socioeconómica de nuestra isla fija un nuevo escenario de prioridades para este equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En definitiva, una organización es la coordinación planificada de las actividades de un grupo de personas para procurar el logro de un objetivo o propósito explícito y común, a través de la división del trabajo y las funciones, mediante una jerarquía de autoridad y responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La potestad de autoorganización de las islas, en su calidad de administraciones públicas de carácter territorial, y dentro de la esfera de sus competencias, está prevista expresamente en el artículo 4.1&lt;em&gt; a&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La plena capacidad de autoorganización dentro del marco de las disposiciones generales que por ley se establecen en materia de organización también está contemplada en la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, aplicable a los consejos insulares de conformidad con el artículo 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Y en estos momentos se considera oportuno modificar el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000471 –modificaciones que son únicamente a nivel organizativo y que no suponen ningún incremento de gasto, ni ningún incremento de personal–, así como modificar algún aspecto puntual del Decreto núm. 2019000484.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Así, de los ocho departamentos existentes en el sí del Consejo Insular cuatro mantienen su denominación y atribuciones (Departamento de Presidencia y Gestión Ambiental, Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes, Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio y Departamento de Bienestar Social y Recursos Humanos) y cuatro cambian (Departamento de Turismo, Medio Rural y Marino y Cooperación Municipal, Departamento de Gestión del Territorio, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo, Departamento de Economía y Hacienda, y Desarrollo Empresarial, y Departamento de Deportes y Juventud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De otra manera, por acuerdo del Pleno de este Consejo Insular de fecha 19-7-2019 (publicado en el BOIB núm. 110, de 10-8-2019, corrección y modificación en el BOIB núm. 136, de 5-10-2019, y en BOIB núm. 8, de 18-1-2020) se crearon once direcciones insulares y resulta conveniente, en este momento, de acuerdo con el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, identificar el departamento al cual pertenece cada una de ellas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Además, algunas cambian su denominación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Turismo pasa a denominarse Dirección Insular de Promoción Turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Intrusismo y Territorio pasa a denominarse Dirección Insular de Gestión del Territorio, Infraestructuras Viarias, Ordenación Turística y Lucha contra el Intrusismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Transporte Público pasa a denominarse Dirección Insular de Transportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Dirección Insular de Desarrollo y Gestión Económico-social pasa a denominarse Dirección Insular de Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo y Gestión Económico-social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Según el artículo 9.2.&lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt; de la mencionada Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, corresponde al presidente dictar los decretos que supongan la creación y/o extinción de departamentos del Consejo Ejecutivo, en el marco del Reglamento orgánico. En concordancia, el artículo 16 del Reglamento orgánico de esta institución –ROCI– (BOIB núm. 136, de 18/09/2010; corrección en el BOIB núm. 148, de 14/10/2010; modificación en el BOIB núm. 48, de 16/04/2016), entre las competencias organizativas de la Presidencia, prevé en el punto 4 la creación de los departamentos en que se tiene que organizar el Consejo Insular y determinar su estructura interna y atribuciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los departamentos se definen en el artículo 68.1 del ROCI como las unidades en que se organiza la actividad administrativa del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, cada una de las cuales comprende uno o más sectores funcionalmente homogéneos de la mencionada actividad, y pueden estructurarse internamente en direcciones insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También el artículo 71 del ROCI establece que corresponde a la Presidencia disponer la creación de los diferentes departamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por otra parte, de acuerdo con el artículo 13.3 de la LCI, las direcciones insulares son los órganos directivos para la gestión, bajo la autoridad del consejero o consejera respectivo, de áreas funcionalmente homogéneas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En este sentido, el gobierno del Consejo Insular se estructura en la Presidencia y en diversos departamentos, agrupados en tres áreas de actuación de conformidad con el principio de organización funcional de la actividad administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Al frente de cada departamento, hay un consejero ejecutivo o consejera ejecutiva, sin perjuicio que esta Presidencia, además de las facultades propias que le son atribuidas legalmente, dirige también un departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo lo anterior, en uso de las facultades que tengo conferidas, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se modifica la parte dispositiva del Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000471, de fecha 10 de julio de 2019, de estructura del gobierno del Consejo Insular de Eivissa y creación de departamentos, que pasa a tener la siguiente redacción: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/strong&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Eivissa estará integrado por el presidente, las vicepresidencias primera, segunda y tercera y los consejeros ejecutivos y las consejeras ejecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Estructurar el gobierno del Consejo Insular de Eivissa en la Presidencia y en los departamentos que se indican, agrupados en tres áreas de actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Corresponde a la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Eivissa, además de las facultades que le asigna el ordenamiento jurídico, la coordinación de la Secretaria General y de la Asesoría Jurídica, sin perjuicio de las facultades conferidas al Departamento que gestiona los recursos humanos (RRHH) de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Los diferentes departamentos, agrupados en tres áreas, son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Área de Turismo, Coordinación, Gestión del Territorio y Sostenibilidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Presidencia y Gestión Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Gestión del Territorio, Infraestructuras Viarias, Ordenación Turística y Lucha contra el Intrusismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Área de Cooperación Municipal, Desarrollo Empresarial, Innovación, Transparencia y Participación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Bienestar Social y Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Departamento de Hacienda, Gestión Económica, Deportes y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Determinar el ámbito o el sector específico de la actividad administrativa con el que se identifica cada departamento, de acuerdo con la relación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Promoción Turística, Medio Rural y Marino&lt;/strong&gt;, que comprende: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación a las materias de información y promoción turísticas. También le corresponderán las actuaciones en materia de promoción turística que lleva a cabo la empresa pública Ferias, Congresos y Eventos de Eivissa, SAU (FECOEV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La actividad competencial propia del Consejo Insular en relación con las materias de agricultura, ganadería, pesca, caza, recursos cinegéticos, montes y recursos y aprovechamientos hidráulicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; Este Departamento también gestionará los servicios propios de su ámbito de actuación prestados en los diferentes centros propiedad del Consejo Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;Departamento de Presidencia y Gestión Ambiental&lt;/strong&gt;, que comprende:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Significar que el cambio de nombre de la denominación de los departamentos y las direcciones insulares implica que las personas que actualmente las ocupan continúan en su cargo con la nueva denominación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Se modifica el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000484, de fecha 16-7-2019, de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consejo Insular de Eivissa (BOIB 98 EXT., de 17-7-2020; modificaciones en el BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, y en BOIB núm. 101, de 4-6-2020) en el apartado SEGUNDO de la parte dispositiva, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el apartado SEGUNDO, &lt;strong&gt;donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Atribuciones específicas de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda, y Desarrollo Empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Además de las atribuciones establecidas en el apartado anterior, la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Hacienda, y Desarrollo Empresarial tiene las atribuciones siguientes:"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Atribuciones específicas del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Hacienda, Gestión Económica, Deportes y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Además de las atribuciones establecidas en el apartado anterior, el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Hacienda, Gestión Económica, Deportes y Juventud tiene las atribuciones siguientes:”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO. &lt;/strong&gt;La presente reestructuración resultará aplicable a los procedimientos administrativos del Consejo Insular de Eivissa que se encuentren en tramitación, salvo los procedimientos sancionadores incoados en la fecha de entrada en vigor del presente decreto, en que el órgano competente para su resolución será el que constaba en el acuerdo de incoación del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO.&lt;/strong&gt; Queden derogadas todas las disposiciones de rango igual o inferior que se opongan a lo establecido en este decreto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENO.&lt;/strong&gt; Este decreto entrará en vigor el día de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DÉCIMO.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNDÉCIMO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta de este decreto en el próximo Pleno que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
