font-size:12px"><span style="color:#00000a">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en la sesión ordinaria del día 16 de julio de 2020, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de crédito 10/2020, y se publicó en el BOIB núm. 131 de día 25 de julio de 2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 112.3 de la Ley 7/1985, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, y 169.3 y 177.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprobó el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y habiendo transcurrido el plazo de exposición al público sin que se hayan presentado ninguna alegación ni reclamación a la modificación de crédito núm. 10/2020, por lo que queda aprobada definitivamente, transcribiendo el detalle de la modificación:</span></p> <p><strong style="color:#00000a;
