    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se hace saber para general conocimiento, que el Sr. Batlle en resolución de día 05-08-2020, emitió el Decreto núm. 340/2020, del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"DECRETO DE BATLLIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 4 de febrero de 2020, se publicaron en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, núm. 15, las bases del procedimiento selectivo para la constitución de una bolsa de Técnicos de Proyectos de Desarrollo Local Interinos del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En fecha 29 de julio de 2020, los miembros del tribunal calificador, una vez realizadas las pruebas de la fase de oposición y la valoración de los méritos aducidos por los aspirantes, elevó a esta alcaldía la propuesta de puntuación provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dado que no se han presentado reclamaciones a dichas puntuaciones provisionales, hay que tenerlas para definitivas y proceder a la constitución de la bolsa en los términos indicados en la base octava de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo lo expuesto, en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Constituir la siguiente bolsa de Técnicos de Proyectos de desarrollo Local interinos del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta para la atención de futuras necesidades de personal del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta en los términos indicados por el Tribunal de selección:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Hacer pública la presente resolución de constitución de la bolsa a tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, informando a los interesados que, la presente Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, pueden interponer de forma alternativa, los siguientes recursos: o bien recurso potestativo de reposición, a interponer ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la presente resolución, o bien directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, a interponer ante el juzgado Contencioso administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación de esta resolución: todo ello sin perjuicio de que los interesados puedan interponer aquellos otros recursos que en consideren procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
