&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;Disponer un gasto de 69.948,03 €, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33430.45390 del presupuesto del ejercicio 2020 en favor de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares derivada de la concesión de la subvención mencionada en el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;Anular la autorización de gasto (A) por el importe que se señala en la tabla siguiente, diferencia entre el importe autorizado y lo dispuesto en el marco de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponer el recurso de alzada, en el plazo de un mes, ante esta consejera ejecutiva o ante la presidencia, contador a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada, puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si una vez transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y se ha recibido notificación de resolución expresa, se entenderá desestimada por silencio y se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
