    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura, Patrimonio y Política Lingüística ha dictado el 17 de agosto de 2020 la siguiente resolución:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Conceder, en el marco de la convocatoria de subvenciones 2020 para la digitalización de las fichas catalográficas de los objetos que forman parte de los museos y colecciones de centros de titularidad municipal con el programa informático MuseumPlus, la cantidad de 11.680,00 € a favor los ayuntamientos que se relacionan en la tabla siguiente, y disponer el gasto a su favor, por los importes y los proyectos que se indican, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33210.46202 del ejercicio presupuestario 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, al tratarse de una convocatoria de gasto anticipado, esta queda condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente para la financiación en el ejercicio presupuestario al que se imputa el gasto (2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Anular la autorización de gasto (A) con núm. de operación 220209000158, por la cantidad de 8.320,00 €, como remanente resultante de la diferencia entre la cantidad de la dotación presupuestaria autorizada para esta convocatoria y el importe dispuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Anular la retención de crédito (RC) con número de operación 220209000113 por el importe de 8.320,00 €, y revertir a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.33210.46202 dicho importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Denegar la subvención solicitada al Ayuntamiento de Inca por el Museo del calzado y de la Industria, dado que la solicitud se presentó fuera de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y trasladar la información de la resolución de esta convocatoria en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada, dins el termini d'un mes, davant aquesta consellera executiva o davant la presidència, comptador a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa dels recurs d'alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un cop transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
