&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el ejercicio de las competencias que el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el artículo 81 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares y el artículo 41 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), aprobado por el RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, atribuyen a esta Alcaldia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendido lo establecido en el artículo 47 del RD 2568, de 28 de Noviembre de 1986, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, en relación en el artículo 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, relativos a la sustitución del Alcalde, por parte de la vocal de Medio Ambiente, Infraestructuras y Seguridad Ciudadana, en la totalidad de sus funciones, y en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento, que imposibilite en este el ejercicio de sus funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendido lo previsto en el artículo 44 del RD 2568, de 28 de Noviembre de 1986, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y atendida mi ausencia desde el día 15 al 30 de agosto de 2020, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Delegar en la Sra. Mª Victoria Muñoz Durán, la vocal de Medio Ambiente, Infraestructuras y Seguridad Ciudadana de l'ELM de Palmanyola, la totalidad de las funciones de Alcaldía. La mencionada delegación tendrá efectos a partir de día 15 al 30 de de agosto de 2020, ambos incluidos, sin perjuicio de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Notificar el presente Decreto a la interesada, para su conocimiento y a los efectos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Remitir este Decreto al BOIB para su publicación, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Que del presente Decreto se informe a la Junta Vecinal en la primera sesión que esta celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
