&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b Y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo de la cual se puede consultar en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/519578):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Línea 1: ayudas atendiendo a la situación económica de la unidad familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de esta línea de ayudas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a) Las familias que acrediten que sus ingresos brutos durante el 2019 fueron inferiores al 200 % del IPREM del 2019 (calculado sobre 14 pagas) o;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;b) Las familias que, aunque su rendimiento anual del 2019 estuviera por encima del 200 % del IPREM del 2019 (sobre 14 pagas), durante los meses de marzo, abril y mayo del 2020 estuvieran por debajo del 200 % del IPREM (sobre 14 pagas) del 2020. En caso de que no se puedan aportar nóminas o declaración de la renta de 2019, se podrá aportar documentación acreditativa de haber cobrado el paro o ERTO o declaración responsable de no haber recibido ningún ingreso durante los meses de marzo, abril y mayo del 2020. En el caso de presentar la renta del 2019 y las nóminas correspondientes al meses de marzo, abril y mayo del 2020, se tendrá en cuenta el menor ingreso mensual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La unidad familiar tiene que estar empadronada en Menorca como mínimo los 6 meses anteriores a la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; La actividad de tiempo libre matriculada o inscrita tiene que estar regulada por el Decreto 23/2018, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud. Concretamente, tiene que ser una de las siguientes actividades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La actividad de tiempo libre tiene que tener lugar en Menorca entre el 1 de julio y el 28 de agosto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; El Consejo Insular de Menorca revisará de oficio que la entidad organizadora de la actividad de tiempo libre haya presentado la declaración responsable ante esta administración prevista en el artículo 45 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Línea 2: ayudas por conciliación familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La/s persona/s tutora/s tiene que trabajar en el momento de la presentación de la solicitud de ayuda y durante todo el tiempo que dure la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La unidad familiar tiene que estar empadronada en Menorca como mínimo los 6 meses anteriores a la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La actividad de tiempo libre tiene que estar regulada por el Decreto 23/2018, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud. Concretamente, tiene que ser una de las actividades siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;instalación de promoción juvenil destinada preferentemente a organizar actividades infantiles y juveniles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La actividad de tiempo libre tiene que tener lugar en Menorca entre el 1 de julio y el 28 de agosto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; El Consejo Insular de Menorca revisará de oficio que la entidad organizadora de la actividad de tiempo libre haya presentado la declaración responsable ante esta administración, de acuerdo con el artículo 45 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es otorgar ayudas a las familias en situación de necesidad económica y a las familias que requieren apoyo para la conciliación familiar y laboral y están destinados financiar el pago de la matrícula para la asistencia de los hijos y las hijas menores de edad en las actividades de tiempo libre infantil y juvenil que se lleven a cabo en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se consideran actividades de tiempo libre infantil y juvenil las actividades previstas en el Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el cual se despliega parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud, y que se encuentran descritas en la base séptima, punto 1.c y punto 2.c de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por las bases aprobadas por el Consejo Ejecutivo de día 27-07-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;El importe global máximo de la convocatoria es de 178.240,79 € (ciento setenta y ocho mil doscientos cuarenta euros con setenta y nueve céntimos), desglosado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Línea 1: 100.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Línea 2: 78.240,79 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes es de 10 días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Otros datos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Estas ayudas se conceden mediante concurso y con las cantidades máximas siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Máximo de 600,00 € por unidad familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Máximo de 200,00 € por hijo o hija&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por cada hijo o hija se podrá otorgar un importe máximo de 100,00 € por cada mes de participación en la actividad de tiempo libre. Este importe se podrá fraccionar proporcionalmente por semanas, de forma que el importe de la ayuda será de 25,00 € por semana, con el máximo de 100,00 € por mes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Solo se puede presentar una solicitud por niño o niña y acogerse a una sola de las líneas de ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
