&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, en cuanto a la modificación de varias líneas de subvenciones gestionadas por el Servicio de Empleo de las Illes Balears, Consejería de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo, concretamente se modifican cuatro ayudas de la línea 2, medidas de formación profesional para la ocupación del objetivo II, Fomento y Mejora de la Ocupación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las diferentes modificaciones obedecen básicamente a una ampliación de las anualidades en las cuales estaban previstas las líneas así como una redistribución del coste asignado a cada una de ellas, adaptándolo a la realidad de la demanda de estas. Así mismo se aprovecha la modificación para corregir una serie de errores de la anterior modificación, en este caso, se refundieron las ayudas 3 y 6 de la línea 2 del objetivo II, cuando se debían refundir las ayudas 3 y 4, lo cual queda corregido en la presente modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears... &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se&amp;nbsp; dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar la modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, &amp;nbsp;en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
