&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“ASUNTO: NOMBRAMIENTO ALCALDE ACCIDENTAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que he de ausentarme del municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia desde el día 10 de agosto de 2020 hasta el 23 del mismo mes, de conformidad con el artículo 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que durante los días 10 hasta el 23 de agosto de 2020, ambos inclusive, me substituya en todas mis funciones el primer teniente de alcalde, Sr. Ángel Luís Guerrero Domínguez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así lo dispongo, que se notifique al Sr. Ángel Luís Guerrero Domínguez, que se de cuenta en el próximo Pleno a celebrar y se publique en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad a partir del período antes señalado.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde, Josep Marí Ribas”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
