&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Personas beneficiarias.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA A:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entidades integrantes de la Administración local y sus entes instrumentales dependientes y entidades sin ánimo de lucro que organicen escuelas de verano o campus deportivos, de acuerdo con las definiciones establecidas en los apartados &lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;y &lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt;, respectivamente, del artículo 37.4 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el que se desarrolla parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud. Las actividades mencionadas deben cumplir los requisitos previstos en esta norma y en el resto de normativa aplicable y estar comunicadas al consejo insular mediante declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA B:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Personas físicas que contraten personas dadas de alta en el sistema especial para trabajadores y trabajadoras del Hogar establecido en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social (Real Decreto 1620/2011, de 14 de noviembre) para el cuidado a domicilio de hijos o hijas menores de hasta 14 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA C:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Autónomos, personas jurídicas públicas o privadas, con ánimo de lucro o sin, que organicen escuelas de verano y campus deportivos, de acuerdo con las definiciones establecidas en los apartados &lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt;, respectivamente, del artículo 37.4 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el que se desarrolla parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud que contraten personal monitor para atender participantes con necesidad de apoyo generalizado o con grado de discapacidad reconocido superior al 75%. Las actividades mencionadas deben cumplir los requisitos del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, y demás normativa aplicable y estar comunicadas al consejo insular mediante declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;LÍNEA D:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Personas físicas que inscriban a sus hijos e hijas de entre 3 y 14 años en actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil de Mallorca, de acuerdo con las definiciones establecidas en el artículo 37.4 del Decreto 23/2018, de 6 de julio, por el que se desarrolla parcialmente la Ley 10/2006, de 26 de julio, integral de la juventud promovidos por entidades diferentes a las previstas en la Línea A. Las actividades mencionadas deben cumplir los requisitos previstos en esta norma y en el resto de normativa aplicable y estar comunicadas al consejo insular mediante declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Finalidad.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conceder ayudas a la conciliación familiar destinados a paliar los efectos de la COVID-19 durante el verano 2020, garantizando el derecho al ocio previsto en el artículo 44 de la Ley 9/2019, de 19 de febrero, del atención y los derechos de la infancia y la adolescencia de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Orden incluye las líneas de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA A: ayudas a entidades integrantes de la Administración local y entidades sin ánimo de lucro para desarrollar escuelas de verano y campus deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA B: ayudas a las familias para la contratación de personas trabajadoras para el cuidado de hijos o de hijas menores de 14 años en el domicilio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;LÍNEA C: ayudas a autónomos, personas jurídicas públicas o privadas, con ánimo de lucro, para la contratación de personal monitor de apoyo a las escuelas de verano y campus deportivos para participantes con necesidad de apoyo generalizado o con grado de discapacidad reconocido superior al 75%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;LÍNEA D: ayudas a familias que inscriban a sus hijos e hijas en actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil de Mallorca promovidas por la iniciativa privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas ayudas se rigen por esta Orden y convocatoria y, en todo aquello que no esté regulado, por el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre; y por el Decreto Ley 8/2020, de 13 de mayo, de medidas urgentes y extraordinarias para el impulso de la actividad económica y la simplificación administrativa en el ámbito de las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares para paliar los efectos de la crisis ocasionada por la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. importe:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;LÍNEA A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;778.883,02 €, con cargo a la partida 17201 413G01 48000 00 (familias e instituciones sin ánimo de lucro) de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta. Cuantía de las ayudas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se concederá una cantidad fija de 800,00 € para cada grupo diez participantes de 3 a 14 años en la actividad, por cada 30 días o la parte proporcional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; LÍNEA B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se concederá una ayuda de 150,00 € por niño, por cada 30 días o parte proporcional. Tendrán preferencia en la concesión las familias que acrediten ser numerosas o monoparentales. En caso de que el gasto realizado sea inferior a la de la subvención, ésta se minorará proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;LÍNEA C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se concederá una ayuda de 1.275,00 € por cada persona contratada, por cada 30 días o parte proporcional. Esta ayuda es compatible e independiente del de la línea A. En caso de que el gasto realizado sea inferior a la de la subvención, ésta se minorará proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;LÍNEA D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se concederá una ayuda de 100,00 € por niño de entre 3 y 14 años inscrito en actividades de educación en el tiempo libre infantil y juvenil de Mallorca, por cada 30 días o parte proporcional. En caso de que el gasto realizado sea inferior a la de la subvención, ésta se minorará proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Entre el 1 de septiembre y hasta el 8 de octubre de 2020.
