    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Se pública la resolución de la Consejera Ejecutiva de Movilidad del Consejo Insular de Menorca, de día 05/08/2020, núm. 2020/149 mediante la cual se comunica la fecha y la composición del tribunal calificador de la primera convocatoria de las pruebas sobre competencia profesional para el ejercicio de las actividad de interior e internacional de viajeros y mercancías, que dice lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“Dada la Orden de 28.5.1999, sobre expedición de certificados de competencia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vista la ley 13/1998, de 23 de diciembre de atribución de competencias a los consejos insulares de Menorca y de Ibiza y Formentera en materia de transporte por carretera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Como titular del Departamento de Movilidad, en ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 425/2019, de 10 de julio (BOIB núm. 95, de 11 de juliol de 2019) en relación con los Decretos de Presidencia núm. 421/2019 y núm. 422/2019, de 9 de juliol (BOIB núm. 93, de 10 de juliol de 2019);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Hacer público que las pruebas de la primera convocatoria del año 2020 sobre de competencia profesional para el ejercicio de la actividad de TRANSPORTE NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL DE MERCANCÍAS Y VIAJEROS convocadas por medio de resolución de fecha 27/09/2019, núm. 2019/172 la consellera ejecutiva de, tendrán lugar los próximos días 24 (mercancías) y 25 (viajeros) de agosto de 2020, en la sede del Consejo Insular de Menorca en Mahón, Plaza Biosfera, 5, a las 9:00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- A los efectos que dispone el RD 462/2002, el tribunal al que se refiere la presente convocatoria se clasifica en la categoría primera y estará constituido por las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo cual se comunica para su conocimiento y a los efectos que correspondan, al mismo tiempo que se hace saber que contra el acuerdo precedente, que no agota la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de la fecha de recepción de esta notificación, recurso de alzada ante la Presidencia del Consejo Insular, sin perjuicio que se puedan utilizar cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente en derecho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado si no se ha notificado la resolución cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo cabrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
