El 18 de noviembre de 2019, la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo del sector de los derivados del cemento de las Illes Balears acordó la actualización de las tablas salariales para el año 2018 y suscribió la correspondiente acta de reunión.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 14 de enero de 2020, Antonio Cañabate Riera, en representación de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación de la mencionada Acta.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 90.3 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolución</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Inscribir y depositar el Acta de aprobación de las tablas salariales para el año 2018 del Convenio colectivo del sector de los derivados del cemento de las Illes Balears en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El acuerdo de dicha acta fija un incremento de las tablas salariales para 2018 de un 1,25% sobre las tablas salariales del año 2017. Siendo el resultado de ello la tabla salarial del 2018 reproducida en el Anexo-I.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2º) Las dietas y medias dietas, el complemento no salarial y los premios por jubilación anticipada también están afectados por esos incrementos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se acuerda remitir esta Acta con sus anexos a la Dirección General de Trabajo de la C.A.I.B. para su registro y orden de publicación en el Butlleti Oficial de les Illes Balears, y a tal efecto se faculta a D.
