&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por parte del área de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Caza del Consell Insular de Formentera se ha intentado averiguar su identidad y dirección de contacto mediante el número de microchip que figura en el Registro de Identificación de Animales de Compañía de las Islas Baleares (RIACIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que la identificación ha resultado infructuosa en todos los intentos, por la presente notificación y de acuerdo con el que dispone la Ordenanza Municipal que regula la tenencia de animales al entorno humano, sean domésticos, domesticados o salvajes en cautividad al término municipal de Formentera (BOIB n.º 13 de 28.01.2003).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Os comunicamos que, a partir de esta notificación, tenéis un plazo de 10 días para recuperar el animal de vuestra propiedad, mediante el abono de los gastos que haya originado y presentando la cartilla sanitaria. Transcurrido este tiempo o si no se abonan los gastos, el animal se considerará abandonado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
