&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3 y 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo se puede consultar en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (&lt;/span&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Son beneficiarias de estas líneas de subvención las personas jurídicas o físicas que estén dadas de alta de una actividad económica en epígrafes relacionados con la edición editorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.1. Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto contribuir a la proyección de la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración de las Illes Balears de carácter profesional durante el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de diciembre de 2019 y el 30 de noviembre de 2020, con el fin de fomentar el intercambio y la relación cultural entre Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa y Formentera y entre las Illes Balears y el exterior, y de paliar los efectos directos de las medidas relacionadas con la pandemia COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2. Se establecen dos líneas de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Apoyo a la edición de proyectos editoriales vinculados a la proyección exterior del libro, independientemente de su apoyo, sea físico y/o digital, y de su formato, que se concreten en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— Edición de traducciones de obras de autores naturales o residentes en las Illes Balears con distribución fuera del territorio de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— Edición de originales de autores naturales o residentes en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— Edición de traducciones al catalán de obras universales que sean publicadas por editoriales de las Illes Balears; editoriales que acrediten que el 50 % de los contratos laborales o servicios contratados se han ejecutado en el último año en las Illes Balears o proyectos editoriales cuya actividad subvencionada tenga lugar en el territorio de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— Digitalización de obras de autores de las Illes Balears que forman parte del patrimonio literario de nuestra comunidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Estos proyectos editoriales van acompañados de un proyecto de promoción exterior del libro (distribución nacional o internacional, promoción en entorno digital, promoción en redes, participación a encuentros telemáticos o presenciales, presentación fuera de la isla de residencia, difusión en plataformas de ferias profesionales, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se pueden contabilizar e incluir los gastos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- traducción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- corrección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- adelanto de los derechos de autor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- impresión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- diseño y maquetación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Apoyo a actividades de promoción de la literatura, el pensamiento, el cómic y la ilustración de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se pueden solicitar ayudas para:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— La organización de presentaciones de una obra o un autor de las Illes Balears así como conferencias, mesa redondas y seminarios, fuera de su isla de residencia o en formato digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— La participación de los profesionales de las Illes Balears en ferias, festivales y jornadas profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— La producción de material gráfico y audiovisual asociado a la promoción de autores baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se pueden contabilizar e incluir los gastos derivados de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— El desplazamiento de personas y carga. Solo se aceptan los billetes en clase turista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— El alojamiento, siempre que se pueda justificar con facturas, con un máximo de 100 € por persona y noche.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— Los honorarios de personas y la contratación de servicios profesionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— La producción de material gráfico y audiovisual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— El kilometraje en los desplazamientos por carretera que no se hagan en transporte público, con un precio máximo de 0,240141 euros por kilómetro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de la asistencia a ferias o acontecimientos dedicados a la venta directa al público por parte de empresas de las Illes Balears solo será subvencionable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— El 25 % del coste del alquiler del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— El 50 % del desplazamiento de las personas vinculadas a la empresa solicitante, con un máximo de dos personas.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Importe e imputación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El crédito asignado a esta convocatoria es de 240.000 € (doscientos cuarenta mil euros) con cargo al capítulo 4 del presupuesto del IEB de 2020, con la distribución siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— línea &lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt;: 220.000 € (doscientos veinte mil euros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;— línea &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;: 20.000 € (veinte mil euros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB y estará abierto hasta el día 15 de octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
